Where do I begin - let me start with I have 20 years in the Travel business and the only reason I…read morebooked with her is she was local - silly me - her office is out of her home and lets just say I should have gone with the professionals because Salus was not professional at all. 1. She puts my 72 year old aunt on a flight out of Denver at 6am giving her a 4 hour layover in Phoenix...why but she did 2. Paid in full - did I get a receipt NOPE - she sent me 4 emails to sort througth it all and figure it out - She truly is incompetent - who doesn't give a receipt? 3. Each time I called her it would get voice mail - the only way I could reach her was via email - why because she was moving and couldn't be bothered to let me know that. 4. 1 month out I always called the hotels for my clients when I was an agent to confirm resort fees and bedding requests and given that this one could not even get me a receipt I made the calls - the first 2 hotels were amazing but the third hotel an Outrigger hotel - well apparently they had made some changes and when I called them I was told the cost was $15.00 per day plus $60.00 per day - making the resort fee for that stay $300.00 more - and not anywhere on the documents sent to me. I emailed - because now I don't even have her phone number and she was unable to manage getting us moved to an alternate property - 2 weeks later and 2 calls from me as well as some very unprofessional emails from Kristi I was sent updated documents. 5. The documents lacked the confirmation information or the phone number to confirm bedding - the 1 bedroom on the Funjet website showed 2 twins so I wanted to confirm this request. I emailed 3 times and got emails with none of this data and the companies that managed the Sugar Resort had no reservation for me. I finally called and finally got the data requested along with an email stating that she was fabulous - not how sorry she was that I had to call her and email her repeatedly - but how dare I ask her for this super secret data. 6. Finally Funjets site shows 2 twins but when I call the vendor tells me that they do not offer that type of room.....seriously can you say FRAUD!! NEVER EVER EVER BOOK with this woman she is trained ?? Hardly

If it wasn't for Karen and her relentless fight on our behalf, we would have been out $7,000 for a cruise that was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times! And yes...we bought travel insurance. The cruise line wanted to give us FCC's instead of a refund. Karen fought for us until the cruise line buckled and finally agreed to provide us a full refund! Now...for the GOOD news!! Although we are not able to take the cruise we wanted (due to Canada water ports being closed until at least 02/2022), Karen helped us find a GREAT vacation package that takes us to our intended destination...ALASKA! Karen and her associate, Andrea are both professional, personable, and well-informed on the day-to-day changes and updates to the travel industry. We were updated regularly, and received timely responses when we reached out. This was our first time using a travel agent, and I don't know why anyone would NOT choose to use this service, as there's no additional cost to the consumer. I think the best part of having Karen and Andrea help us was their knowledge of so many small details of the trip we were booking. From the excursion experience to the quality of the hotels, these ladies were able to make recommendations based on their own personal travel experiences, and the shared experiences of their other customers.
