I've been going to Sue for 7 years now to get Japanese straighten. I make the hour drive because she is the best! I've been chemically straightening my hair for 17 years and have tried all types of treatment. I have never had a treatment last so long. I usually go back every 8 -10 months. Cost $300. I highly recommend if you have frizzy curly hair. My hair looks so healthy and shiny every time. read more

Sue Hair Touch - Japanese hair straightening - Hair Salons Near Me - Cypress, California

I've got my haircut a couple of times at Sue Hair Touch. It's conveniently located, close to home and my gym.

I've been coming to Sue for over 7 years. I live in Irvine by UCI, but I will drive up because she cuts my hair the way I like it with no problems and it doesn't cost me $15+. I have a double colic and many stylists have tried to cut my hair only to mess-it up. For me, it's worth the trek into Cypress. She is very popular with the Asian community in Cypress and the surrounding ares. When I first came to her, I was apprehensive because she only speaks a little English. But after a few hair cuts, I was satisfied (not just happy which is fleeting). She is now busy almost everyday she is open. Expect to wait on Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays, and especially on holiday Mondays. Highly recommend for Men's Haircut. First timers need to go through the books in the waiting area, so you can point to the style you want. She will style exactly that way. Happy Haircut and Fight On! read more

She is the absolute best! I've been coming here for over a decade. I've tried going to other places but nobody can cut my hair with the same efficiency and make it look great every time like her. Just call in advance to book your time and you will never wait read more

This is my go-to hair salon. Super cheap yet she cuts hair really well. She's very efficient and even though she was closed she still cut my hair. After showing her a picture, she cuts the exact hair I want. Definitely recommend if you don't want to spend too much. read more

Great haircuts for Asian boys. Came here looking for a great cut, left with an excellent cut.

I have been coming here for a men's haircut and to dye my hair for more than 10 years. Just because english isn't her first language doesn't mean she's not friendly. She is a very sweet lady who does her job well and charges very fair prices. She's never raised the price on me so I make sure to tip her well to make up for that. I would recommend this place to style or color hair for both men and women! read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I noticed this place next to my gym and wanted to support small business so I came in one morning to make an appt for a trim. The lady said she's busy, yet there are no customers. I thought it was a language barrier that she wasn't trying to lock an appt. I called a couple weeks later, th lady says to come in at 3:30 PM. When I arrived, I noticed she was working on someone and another person on the sofa. I just sat there quietly thinking there's another stylist. The lady looked at me funny and asked me what I need. I said, I have an appt at 3:30. She says, "no you don't." I said I called this morning and some lady told me to come at 3:30. She told me I must've called wrong number since she's the only one that works there. Her tone was rude. I was so puzzled by her attitude. I triple checked my call log and I had the correct number. I was so pissed off that I just walked out. I tried to give this place a chance to support local, but she obviously doesn't want my business. This is WILD! Can't make this shit up.. Smh* read more

Best hair cut place for mens. Fast and clean jobbed hair cuts. The price is only $10 dollars for a mens hair cut. Hella good priced. They do specialize in womens hair cuts too. Call them up for a appointment. You will like it. read more

I went in for a simple hair cut and the lady working was extremely rude and short with me. I asked a couple questions and she responded with quick one word answers and was texting on her phone the entire time. I ended up just leaving because she was so rude. Its too bad because the salon is in a good location and I'm sure i would have been a repeat customer. Customer service is very important! Low prices alone will not generate a strong consumer base. read more

Plz!! Go different hair salons!! This place is awful!!! She put hair prices outdoor window and i was trying to pay that amount with tips. She told me its for old ladies! And she said all people know about it!! Omg!!! Right here!! I didn't know!! And she forced me to pay almost 1.5times more than actual price and tips!! She is a liar!!!!! read more

She doesn't speak English that well but we communicated okay. I usually get straight hair perm or dye my hair here and for the price, I think this place is pretty good. read more

Charged $12 for a $8 men's haircut, which was posted on the wall?! Scammmmmmm! Also cut my bangs super short when I said no cut bangs. Go somewhere else. read more

Didn't get the haircut that I wanted which was pretty simple, short layers. That's all. She pretty much just chopped off my hair and didn't do anything after. Charged me 20 dollars when it said 15 on her door. read more

The lady is friendly and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Clean fade for a great price!($8 for men) This is my new go-to spot!

Rude, unprofessional and speaks no English. I was given a gift certificate and she did not honor it. Not a place to go if you want professional service. read more

Worst salon experience from start to finish. Found out my regular hair dresser was on vacation and I desperately needed a haircut for an upcoming event. This place is next door to my gym so I thought I'd give it a shot. Called her to ask her for the price since the reviews claim that she overcharges. Then when I started to make an appointment, she hung up on me! Against my better judgment, I called her back to schedule my haircut. And then it goes from bad to worse. I enter the shop, and she ignores me. I sit down since she's finishing up a customer's hair...I figured she's too busy to greet me. After she finishes, she just walks to the area in the back to grab something, then returns to unravel the perm rod on another customer. My appointment time was reached, and I didn't see any sign of being acknowledged. It was like I was invisible to her. So I just walked out. She has a knack for ruining your day without saying a single word. It's a mystery to me how she stays in business. read more

Found my new haircut place. The person who works here is a sweet Korean woman. She cut my haircut EXACTLY how I wanted it to be and the price was good too ($8 for men's haircuts). You should call in and make a reservation or you might end up waiting a long time. read more
