I called and made a reservation because I had been here previously with my mom and had a positive experience with my haircut. Even after arriving, I was a bit skeptical because I had already used a strong developer for my damaged hair and nothing seemed to lift the darker patches. However, Anny did an amazing job giving me a clean, stylish bob cut and was able to somewhat blend the patchy spots and lighten them for me. While Anny handled most of the work, Ryan (who specializes in men's haircuts) assisted by mixing the bleach. It was clear that both of them were very attentive, detail-oriented, and careful throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The salon itself has a very cozy atmosphere, especially because of the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and willing to initiate conversation to make me feel comfortable. I am in my early twenties, so I do have a good idea on what might be "trending" and what may be considered "older", but Anny was able to meet my needs and delivering the look I was hoping for. Lastly, I would like to recognize this place because of their SUPER reasonable pricing in this super inflated economy. Good price, great quality, and great service are my reasons for why I would come again.

Omg, what an amazing talented team of 2 sweet Korean ladies!…read more In and out with a haircut for long hair within 30mins, including hair wash and drying!! Mind you, my hair was past my waist - and very thick. Most salons I've been to need at least 45mins-1h to finish the entire process. To help speed up the process, the 2nd Korean lady jumped in with a second hairdryer so there were 2 people simultaneously drying my hair. Then, while she was styling my hair after it was dried, the second person was quickly sweeping the floor to prepare for their next client. She knew instantly that I wanted a layered cut in a V-line and exactly how to execute it perfectly, even though I hadn't shown her any pictures! Extremely happy with the cut, the speed, and the accuracy! $70 for the cut, and I gave over 20% tip because it was such a smooth experience! And they were both wearing masks the whole time, which is reassuring for those of us that might be concerned about Rona. Tip: - If you want that special attention and extra TLC with catered customer service, it might not be what you expect due to her main language being Korean. - Her English proficiency isn't as good as her assistant's so it may be a better experience for those that can speak Korean. - However, if you are an introvert like me or you like not having to say much to your stylist and getting in and out, this is the place for you. She definitely knows Asian hair!

I have mixed feeling to be honest. The person who did my hair was very sweet which made this review…read morehard to write. My hair came out pretty, but it wasn't what I asked for. - Cut: The layers weren't done well so it sort of resembles a long mullet at times...kind of a mushroom shape effect. Feels like I have only 2 layers I'm descent with hair so can mask it a bit with curls. - The highlights are fine but they are old school/ going to root all over and not the ballyage effect I asked for. That said, they were blended nicely. - The color is red/orange which bothers me more than the cut. I said multiple times I didnt want red or warm... my whole head, not just the highlights, got toned a fairly strong red hugh. I invested in blue and purple shampoos trying to tone it down. It helped a bit. I did give her feedback but I don't want to go back to get it fixed because I've been back once already and I'm not confident in her ability to fix it at this point. She did offer to try again. I think i gotta wait this one out a few months and then get a trim and/or tone from someone else. Facility was cute and clean, free parking out back. Waited a month to give the review as I wanted to give it time to settle in.
