When we got home to Florida, she was reviewing her credit card statement for June. There was a charge by the car wash for $34.98. She tried to call the car wash but they have no telephone number. She tried to email but they have no email. We knew we would be back in the area in late August ,so we decided to go to the wash to get it corrected. In the meantime an additional charge for $34.98 was once again charged her card. When my wife went to the wash she was told after explaining the situation that they do not provide refunds. She was told she signed up for an unlimited monthly wash that renews each month. At no time did she request or authorize a renewable monthly wash program. Did I mention we live in FLORIDA! She then asked if she could speak to the manager. She was told the general manager would be in tomorrow. The next morning both of us came back and spoke with him. He reiterated that they don't provide refunds. He did provide a website for us to contact their office. We did so and explained the circumstances. The reply brought no satisfaction. They owe us $69.98. It's not so much the money as it is the principle. we of course cancelled the membership but we want others to be aware how this business operates. I wander if employees are compensated for the number of monthly plans they sign up? We are in our 70's. We hope this does not happen to you. BUYER BEWARE !!!

I wanted basic things like seatbelts , plastic door panels and scuffs removed , and they told me they'd cover that and then some. When I received my car the tires were dirty, and there were dirty spots everywhere that we talked about and said would be cleaned, and they weren't stained, they just hadn't been touched, I was able to scrape it with my fingernail and take the dirt off easily.

I decided on a full inside/outside detail, and the young man and his coworker got to work immediately- one tackling the driver side and the other the passenger side- with their canister vacuums. It was like a synchronized assembly line- each mirrored the other in the most efficient, yet detailed, cleaning I've ever seen at a car wash. After 10 minutes of vacuuming and washing (yes, soap and water) my rubber floor mats they pulled my car into the old garage. They continued the clean including a thorough wash, all windows, and a waxing by hand. My car was then moved through the garage to the front of the building- clean and ready to be driven away. Or so I thought. An older gentleman (I'm assuming the owner) came out of the garage and inspected behind his two employees' work. He made two trips around the car- they put some extra attention into a few spots, re-shined one of my tires (which looked fine to me) and then gave my car one more inspection before coming to me for the final approval. It's no exaggeration that my car has never been more clean & shining than it is right now. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and end result of this very unassuming place (it's appearance doesn't match its product). THE place to go for a professional detail, for little more money than a automatic wash.

I didn't notice it until I came home. I returned to the Greenclean on the same day around 7pm to let the workers know. They were completely apologetic and told me they noticed about an hour after I left that it wasn't working. They kept apologizing as if it was their fault to the point I started feeling bad that I came through to complain lol. However, the two young guys sent me through the washer again and told me if it didn't work this time he would get some tire shine and apply it himself. Which he ended up doing because the roller got caked up and didn't distribute the tire shine properly. Long story short I think these two guys did a phenomenal job at trying to rectify the situation and customer service was world class to be so young. I appreciate their service.

Several of the vacuums are either off, broken or very little suction from the hoses. Employees block the exit from the wash leaving very little room to drive around to the vacuum cleaners. This is referring to the one over by Yopp road in Jacksonville.

I was disappointed with both the results of the work and the way the billing dispute was initially…read morehandled. I brought my new vehicle in expecting exterior detailing and scratch correction based on the discussions beforehand. The final result did not meet my expectations, particularly regarding the scratch repair and overall exterior finish. The invoice listed "One Step Paint Correction" with a hand wash service for $200, but later I was told the pricing was actually intended to be broken down differently. That was never reflected on the invoice itself, which created confusion and disagreement regarding the services performed. To be fair, after I raised concerns, the company did offer to redo the work and provide additional buffing at no extra charge. However, by that point I was no longer comfortable bringing the vehicle back because the situation had already escalated into discussions involving collections, theft of services, the sheriff's department, DMV involvement, and vehicle liens over what I believed was ultimately a disputed service issue. I did ultimately pay the invoice to close the matter out, but overall I found the communication and handling of the dispute unnecessarily aggressive for a customer who acknowledged work was performed and attempted to discuss concerns in good faith. My advice to future customers would be to make sure all services and pricing are extremely detailed and itemized in writing beforehand.
