Would not recommend this place for ANYTHING other than threading. Initially, I mentioned I needed eyelashes that look natural and they recommended eyelash clusters. I agreed and when I saw the results they looked anything but natural. I immediately went to a salon that appeared more sanitary and the whole strip of clusters came off like a falsie lash strip. Second of all, as I'm waiting I notice someone getting micro bladed OUT IN THE OPEN IN A BARBER STYLE CHAIR. I should've ran as soon as I saw the microblading but I tried to keep an open mind. This place is unsanitary. read more

I wish I lived in Jacksonville just for the brows I got done. Great price and excellent service. I'll be back when I'm in town again.

Every time I go my eyebrows come out perfect! I highly recommend them and will be going to them always! Thank you ladies! :D

Amazing! My first time trying threading and I loved it! Much less painful than waxing! And the service was amazing! Like AMAZING! I was in and out and there was a steady stream of customers! read more

Best eyebrow threading I've experienced. I'm happy to have found this gem of talented women.

Believe the hype! This woman is what my mom calls a magician! My mom has sparse and scraggly eyebrows. We have purchased brow pencil, gel, and even considered microblading without full content. We came to Sudie and she reassured me and my mom. We both got our eyebrows threaded and she exceed both of our expectations. I've gotten by brows threading in NY and LA, she is honestly as good if not better than these large metro cities. Oh yea, can't beat the price, only $10. Thanks Sudie! read more

Sudie did a great job with my eyebrows and I must say I'm very picking. I just relocated to Jacksonville, Florida from the Bay Area of California and was looking for someone good to do my eyebrows. I went to Sudie for the 1st time last week and she did an amazing job threading my eyebrows, inexpensive and a friendly warm person. I have found my new eyebrow stylist! read more

Marla did my brows, she was quick and they look great. I will definitely be a returning client!! Thank you

Sudie always does an amazing job with shaping my brows! And she also tints them! My light blonde brows look so much better with a little color in them. I will be doing the permanent makeup on my eyebrows soon with her. read more

Best eyebrow place I've seen yet and I've lived in 3 states. Sudie is amazing. I love the tint. Never before I came here did I get stopped and asked where I got my brows done but now people ask me all the time. Great prices and friendly people. read more

Stopped in while in Jacksonville on a business trip for eyebrow, lip, and chin threading and was thoroughly impressed. The stylist took great care with my brows, shaping and trimming. I am a frequent threadee at home, and I wish this place was by me! read more

It was my first time here today. I love it! There was no wait and she did amazing job. I got my eyebrows done with the thread.

It was great. And they spend the proper time on you. The atmosphere is very nice and the women are kind as well. The staff will take care of you. I got my eyebrows tinted and it was 15. I got compliments all day. I also have a retinol treatment on my face so they worked very well with my skin. Give them a try! read more

Great Service: Rose did my hair 100% liked. Mrs. Sudie very attentive and professional. read more

Totally delightful interior and fast service! I showed up sans appointment and was there less than 20 minutes with two girls in front of me. Bonus that they're right next to my fave Peruvian place, too read more

I've been seeing Sudie for several years now and I've never gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows. She treats all of her customers like family and makes sure each client walks out with B-e-a-utiful brows! The other lady at the salon is wonderful as well but I never seem to catch her name. I would recommend Sudie's Brows to any and everyone! read more

I have been going to Sudie's brows regularly for the last two years, primarily due to their cheap prices (which I recently found out was just standard pricing at other places). However, I will not be coming back due to their inconsistency in eyebrow threading and lack of customer service. The staff seem to change regularly and include a lot of young inexperienced threaders who make the experience uncomfortable at times. One day I will come out with missing a part of my brown, another day uneven, another day with surprised clown shape brows, another day angry sharp brows and another day excellent; roll the dice. However, they drew the last straw for me today. They clearly do not recognize loyal customers and I always tip generously as I came here on my limited lunch break today and waited patiently but the lady who came in well after me got called up first. This has been the third time this has happened and it's enough, what a waste of my time. I have tried to raise this but as no one makes eye contact or communicates properly so it falls upon deaf ears. I would strongly suggest training the staff for better customer service including basic communication as customer service etiquette clearly lacking. It may have been worth the price for others but I don't have that time. read more

Came here for the first time today per the Yelp reviews. I will be returning. I had to wait a bit but it was worth it. My eyebrows and very nice. read more

I have been going to her shop for my eyebrow threading and I love it . Her shop is super cute boy the locations and she is amazing as well. Always so friendly and the work she does is always top notch I won't go anywhere else now read more

When I first moved to Jacksonville about a month ago, one of the first things I did was look for a good eyebrow threading salon. I found it on the first try! Sudie is a sweet person and very good at what she does. I didn't even have to explain what I wanted. The salon is clean and the decor cute. They even have a hair salon and I got my hair trimmed there as well. Great price and great service. read more

I was terrified to find a new place to have my eyebrows done after moving back home to Jacksonville from Virginia beach. I found Sudie's online and decided to give them a shot. I have used them for almost a year now & have never had a bad experience. The staff always do a fantastic job. Everyone is always really nice and they are reasonably priced. I make the 30 minute drive to the Southside every other week because I refuse to go anywhere else! read more

Best Place I've found in Jax! I've gone to multiple threading places and have never left fully satisfied until I came to Sudie's! Must Definitely give a try!! Conveniently located, great prices and great service! Will def recommend to family and friends and continue to have my eyebrows threaded here! read more

They're awesome! I highly recommend. I'm new to the Jacksonville area and tried a few different places before and this is by far the best for threading! read more

So I always come here because they always do an awesome job on threading my eyebrows and I usually get my upper lip done at the same time, but today I walked out hairy and looking like I had a disease. This is cry worthy. I usually come during the week and not on Saturday mornings. Today a woman I hadn't seen before did it for me. She had long hair and was wearing glasses that were connected to a necklace around her neck. Anyways she does my eyebrows, I notice she's a lot slower than the other women at Sudie's that have done my brows in the past but I don't mind. She does my upper lip and she gives me a mirror and there's still hair everywhere. So I ask her to touch up the spots she missed and I'm feeling the string pulling at my cheeks?! She gave me the mirror again and I could still see some hairs and redness. A red spot was already forming on my cheek. I told her it was fine because I knew if she went over it again my skin would become raw. And so I start driving home and it gets redder. And now I got home and rinsed my face and rubbed some rose/chamomile oil on my face to soothe it. About to run some aloe Vera on to hopefully help. I usually love this place, I've been here many times in the past. You guys usually do an awesome job. Please don't let your workers who don't know how to thread properly near people's faces. Train them well. My face is suffering. I've never gotten red after threading. I'm miserable. If you're busy, I would rather wait an hour for someone that actually knows what they're doing than trust my face to someone that doesn't. 3 stars because yes I would come back here, but I'll only trust the ladies who have done my eyebrows before, if I walk in and see the lady I saw today or another unfamiliar lady then I'm walking out. I'm going to post some photos of the damage. read more

I am new to area ( from Atlanta ) and wanted to get get my eyebrows microbladed. I am a middle aged woman with blonde hair and people had been telling me for years that I should pencil in my eyebrows a little. After a lot of research, calling different types of businesses that specialize in skincare, I decided I wanted to go with someone who specialized in eyebrows. Sudi is awesome!!! She has been doing permanent makeup for 30 years, is the nicest woman, and knows what she's doing! I did not know color or shape I wanted, as I had no experience with this and both that she picked out for me were perfect. I look 10 years younger. Basically, painless ( she uses a numbing cream ) and only needs yearly touch up. Fabulous!!! read more

I had permanent eyebrow procedure done and facial hair threading , and I was very pleased with my services as well as the facility. Thank you Ms. Sudie read more

Love my eyebrows! Quick, but neat and very clean and professional! Will definitely be back! They have so many options lol

LOVED everything about this place. I was in town for business and desperately needed to get my brows done. They did a great job! I almost always have to sculpt after getting mine done but they got them *almost* perfect :) read more

My first time and I will be getting my eyebrows threaded here from now on. Prompt service and my eyebrows look clean and have the arch I was looking for. read more

I misunderstood. I thought the mink lashes were individual,( one on one) lashes but they are clusters. I had a few come off in less than a week. I went in and she replaced the one that fell off for $25. It has been 3 days and I have had 2 more clusters fall off and one that kind of sits above the others. she told me that the next time I come in that she'd have to take them off and put on a new set which is sad since they probably won't last the couple of months that I thought. Don't think I would get them done again that's too expensive for such a short amount of time. The customer service is really good though. I highly recommend her for eyebrows. read more

Moving to a new town and looking for the right establishments can be exhausting. But these reviews are spot on! I live on the other side of town. So, I had a little bit of a drive. However, if you are looking for brow perfection... this is the place. I am very picky and she surpassed my expectations. read more

Don't make an appointment because it doesn't get honored. I made an appointment for 12 o clock and had to wait almost a whole hour to get my lashes done. I liked the service but don't like how I had to wait. Also I've tried 2 others girls and let them do my eyebrows and didn't like them, so I only go to sudie. read more

I'm a regular here and love their work! Very friendly and professional. I'm so happy I found this place and highly recommend it.

Sudi is clean, efficient and fast! I'm so glad I found a great eyebrow threader. I never wax because my eyebrows are not very thick and I need precision but tweezing takes a long time. There was about a 10 minute wait but well worth it! read more

First time at Sudie's , had my eyebrows and lip area threaded. It was painless and the outcome gorgeous. Get this.. I wanted my underarms waxed, but they suggested threading. I was fearing the pain, but it turned out to be painless as well. The outcome a much smoother feel, with less trauma to my sensitive underarm area. Sudie's is definitely my to go studio from now on. read more

Just moved to Jax and based on other Yelp reviews I decided to try out Sudie's. I'm scared to let just anyone touch my brows since they are so thick, one wrong hair and they are messed up. But Maro made sure to be considerate of the way I like my brows! She is a perfectionist and I'm glad I've had a great experience every time I go. Will definitely keep going there. Thank you! read more
