I have been going to Sudie's brows regularly for the last two years, primarily due to their cheap prices (which I recently found out was just standard pricing at other places). However, I will not be coming back due to their inconsistency in eyebrow threading and lack of customer service. The staff seem to change regularly and include a lot of young inexperienced threaders who make the experience uncomfortable at times. One day I will come out with missing a part of my brown, another day uneven, another day with surprised clown shape brows, another day angry sharp brows and another day excellent; roll the dice. However, they drew the last straw for me today. They clearly do not recognize loyal customers and I always tip generously as I came here on my limited lunch break today and waited patiently but the lady who came in well after me got called up first. This has been the third time this has happened and it's enough, what a waste of my time. I have tried to raise this but as no one makes eye contact or communicates properly so it falls upon deaf ears. I would strongly suggest training the staff for better customer service including basic communication as customer service etiquette clearly lacking. It may have been worth the price for others but I don't have that time. read more

Believe the hype! This woman is what my mom calls a magician! My mom has sparse and scraggly eyebrows. We have purchased brow pencil, gel, and even considered microblading without full content. We came to Sudie and she reassured me and my mom. We both got our eyebrows threaded and she exceed both of our expectations. I am a middle aged woman with blonde hair and people had been telling me for years that I should pencil in my eyebrows a little. After a lot of research, calling different types of businesses that specialize in skincare, I decided I wanted to go with someone who specialized in eyebrows. Sudi is awesome!!! She has been doing permanent makeup for 30 years, is the nicest woman, and knows what she's doing! Don't make an appointment because it doesn't get honored. I made an appointment for 12 o clock and had to wait almost a whole hour to get my lashes done. I liked the service but don't like how I had to wait. Also I've tried 2 others girls and let them do my eyebrows and didn't like them, so I only go to sudie. read more

When I first moved to Jacksonville about a month ago, one of the first things I did was look for a good eyebrow threading salon. I found it on the first try! Sudie is a sweet person and very good at what she does. I didn't even have to explain what I wanted. The salon is clean and the decor cute. So I always come here because they always do an awesome job on threading my eyebrows and I usually get my upper lip done at the same time, but today I walked out hairy and looking like I had a disease. This is cry worthy. I usually come during the week and not on Saturday mornings. Today a woman I hadn't seen before did it for me. She had long hair and was wearing glasses that were connected to a necklace around her neck. Anyways she does my eyebrows, I notice she's a lot slower than the other women at Sudie's that have done my brows in the past but I don't mind. She does my upper lip and she gives me a mirror and there's still hair everywhere. So I ask her to touch up the spots she missed and I'm feeling the string pulling at my cheeks?! She gave me the mirror again and I could still see some hairs and redness. A red spot was already forming on my cheek. I told her it was fine because I knew if she went over it again my skin would become raw. And so I start driving home and it gets redder. And now I got home and rinsed my face and rubbed some rose/chamomile oil on my face to soothe it. About to run some aloe Vera on to hopefully help. I usually love this place, I've been here many times in the past. You guys usually do an awesome job. Please don't let your workers who don't know how to thread properly near people's faces. Train them well. My face is suffering. I've never gotten red after threading. I'm miserable. If you're busy, I would rather wait an hour for someone that actually knows what they're doing than trust my face to someone that doesn't. 3 stars because yes I would come back here, but I'll only trust the ladies who have done my eyebrows before, if I walk in and see the lady I saw today or another unfamiliar lady then I'm walking out. I misunderstood. I thought the mink lashes were individual,( one on one) lashes but they are clusters. I had a few come off in less than a week. I went in and she replaced the one that fell off for $25. It has been 3 days and I have had 2 more clusters fall off and one that kind of sits above the others. she told me that the next time I come in that she'd have to take them off and put on a new set which is sad since they probably won't last the couple of months that I thought. Don't think I would get them done again that's too expensive for such a short amount of time. The customer service is really good though. I highly recommend her for eyebrows. read more
