Plus they were available to come out within 20 minutes. Upon Yurii's arrival he got to work right away on the range. He repaired 4 gas burner's within about 45 minutes. The 5th gas burner needed a new ignition switch. Or we could just light that burner manually. We elected to light it manually for now. His recommendations going forward; where to purchase new range knobs at a better price (compared to the manufacture's price) and offered a reasonable price in the future should the range need additional repairs (or more ignition switch's go out) again. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced! What more could you want from a repair company?

So let's say the job was $300, they'd also charge an extra $140 on top of that. Alex wanted $75 to come out to diagnose the issue, and if I did the work, that delivery charge was subtracted from the overall bill. If I didn't do the work, I'd just pay $75, which I thought was fair. Alex was prompt, friendly and clean. He completed the work in about 20-25 minutes. I wouldn't call him cheap, but I think his pricing is reasonable. I'll call him for sure next time. Recommended!
