Told the technician upon arrival that dishwasher hinges were worn out and dishwasher wasn't draining. Explained that I had disassembled the prior day and cleaned the filters and sensors, checked hoses for blockages, and said pump likely needs replacement. I also told the technician the error codes and troubleshooting I had performed on clothes washer and asked if he could simply provide a quote. He quickly brushed off everything I had said and told me somthing to the effect of "it's okay, I've got it". Resulted in an invoice handed to my wife while I was working, repeating everything I had told the technician upon arrival. Stated he had cleaned (already clean) filters and sensors, and he apparently hadn't even checked the pump. Cost me $85, which should have gone toward repair, but instead got eaten up by their "diagnosis". They want an additional $250+ (service only) to replace dishwasher drain pump I had bought, which will take me about 20 mins to do myself. The also refuse to refund. They are responsive, yet deceptive with pricing and policies. This could have been avoided had the technician listened to me instead of performing the work I had already done, without troubleshooting the real cause. read more

He told me it could take a week or more to get a new control board. About a week later I was contacted the part was in & we scheduled a next day appointment. I made an appointment for my dryer. The morning of the appointment, Asaf texted to ask questions. He said timer probably needed to be replaced and he would immediately order one and get back to me same day. Late afternoon and nothing Spi texted and he said he would get on it. Early evening and I texted and got no response so I contacted the office. They said he called in sick. I understand that people get sick but would have appreciated someone follow up with me on the status.
