I know that because after he got my dryer heating, he asked me if I wanted him to take off the new parts one by one until he found out what made it heat again. It quit working 9 days later, about 4-5 loads and he then wanted to charge me again to come out. He claims to warranty his work, but he doesn't! His words were, I don't work for free! I told him I already paid you to fix it and gave him every opportunity to stand behind his work and even offered to pay for any additional parts required to fix it, but he refused to come out and even look without a guarantee of payment for his time! My dryer was not drying the clothes. I told him it was a new dryer and the vent might need to be cleaned out. He did everything but clean the vent. When he left, he said it was fixed. They charged me $300. The dryer was not fixed because the vent was still clogged. I had to call another company to clean out the vent.
