This company is amazing. I had a full load of wash to dry and placed it in my dryer. I pressed the start button and no response! Ahh oh no - I knew this day would come as this whirlpool has performed for over 9 years without fail. I had no idea who to call- it turns out I got extremely lucky as this was first company I called.
