Kirill has serviced our appliances for the last 7 years, everything from my dryer to fridge and recently (day after thanksgiving) our dishwasher. We had a giant mountain of dishes and the dishwasher was not doing anything but barely wetting them. Called K and he made a sane day appointment and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. My washer was clogged from excess detergent and needed a through cleaning. K showed me how to take off the blades and what kind of cleaner to buy. He didn't even charge a house call fee, saying it was a "Thanksgiving special!" I feel very thankful for a HONEST & KNOWLEDGEABLE REPAIRMAN! if you need a repairman -- Call ABC Appliance Service read more

This guy is great! I called this afternoon and he came right the way, fixed a very strange noise of my dryer, he knows what he is doing!!!

Usually anyone would charge you just for coming out just to assess your situation. Not this guy! Very friendly and down to earth! Was able to tell what our problem was within a very quick moment read more

Kirill was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly and was honest about the fact that our washer needed to be replaced as he didn't think it could be repaired. Not only did he come twice to our house, but he didn't even charge for his time, as it was irreparable. Highly recommend this company. read more

We had a problem with our fridge this week, it would repeatedly just trip the fuse box. So I called on Sunday (his usual day off) and was greeted with a very informed set of recommendations to see if it was possible for me to take care of it myself, rather than him come over, and charging me a call out fee. I thought that was very considerate, many places would just come out and then give you the same recomendations but charge the call out fee. Well this guy is awesome, thats all I can say. read more

This service is super reliable, affordable, and efficient. I highly recommend for fridge repair.

I would happily refer Krill to my most discerning and meticulous friends. He is more than fair with his pricing, punctual and solutions oriented. He is willing to track down parts if needed and consult on major appliance purchases. I would buy a major appliance without talking to him first. read more

***** 5 star review. Exceptional communication. K knows what he's doing. He said he's got 15 years of experience. That shows. He identified the issue quickly and solved it. Fast. Reliable. Very, very reasonable cost, too. Super job! read more

I am a real estate agent and have clients who need appliance repairs all the time. Everytime I get a call, it is always urgent and they need to get it fixed at the best price possible and want to best service! That is my added value to them because they know I have tried and tested vendors of all trades. When I get that call, I always turn to K at ABC Appliances! He is so honest and always makes the special effort to squeeze me in or at least try to diagnose over the phone if he can't come right away, so my client's worries can be put at ease. He always makes me look good in front of my clients because they can see for themselves how knowledgable and honest and fair K is. So happy I found him! I can't recommend him enough! If you hire him, he will be your GO-TO guy going forward! read more

My LG refrigerator was out of work. I called several appliance repair companies. Some of them said they didn't fix LG refrigerator. Some of them charged relatively high diagnostic fees. When I called Mr K, he responded quickly and came over in two hours. He plugged in the fridge and figured out the problem right away. Then he suggested me to check my warranty still covers the repair and parts. He also gave me a lot of advices on what kind of new fridge is reliable. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and dependable. I will definitely call them again for any future appliance repairs. And I highly recommend him! They are the best! read more

Kirill is great to work with. He is responsive via both calls and texts, capable and efficient. He replaced our gas stove switch in 20 min with a fair price. I also consulted him about replacing a range hood last year. Though at the end we didn't work with him because of the complexity and involvement of wood work, he was very professional and helpful, and recommended us his colleague who was more proficient at wood working. My friend recommended Kirill to me and he has been using Kirill as a handy man for years. I would highly recommend Kirill to anyone who has appliance problems and guarantee you will not be disappointed! read more

I had a great experience with ABC Appliance! They're knowledgeable, responsive, and targeted the issue we were having with our dishwasher.

Called up K in weekend for dryer issue - great thing is that he tried to help me fix problem through phone, which tells you he's an honest guy and doesn't wanna charge for estimate for something silly like circuit breaker went off. In my case it was something else, set up an appointment and he was quick to spot a problem and fix it. read more

I have been using ABC for years. I've had work done on my dryer and refrigerator and I have no plans to ever switch companies. Every call is answered promptly, work is complete on time every time. Prices are honest and reasonable and all work ever done was above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend this service and intend on continuing to use ABC as my only appliance repair company. read more

K came out to my condo three times in order to get my washer up and running. I was hoping it would be a one and done thing, but he was super patient as I tracked down parts necessary for the fix. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. My pump had a super small leak and instead of quick fixing it, he suggested I just purchase a new pump. The pump was super inexpensive and he actually took care of the ordering for me. The first one he received he noticed a small defect and ordered another one. I really appreciate the attention to detail he had and work ethic in wanting to do the job right. I will definitely be using ABC Appliance Service for any future appliance needs. read more

Our microwave broke down right before the holidays, and ABC could service it just a few hours after I called them, on a Saturday! Very professional service. Thank you!! read more

I returned from vacation to find my refrigerator/freezer had stopped working and since it was late on a Friday, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix it. I fortunately found Kirill who came out within the hour. He made a temporary fix, but by Saturday morning, it was obviously not going to work. He came out again, and determined it was going to be expensive to fix, with no guarantee something else wouldn't break on my 9 yr old frig. We agreed it was more economical to just buy a new one. He wouldn't even let me pay him for 2 house calls on a weekend! I have never had a repairman who didn't charge for a visit. He just said to give him a call the next time I need repair service. I WILL call him, and recommend him to friends and neighbors. read more

Kirill (he goes by "K") is the BEST!!! He's so efficient, fairly priced, knowledgeable and thorough that I will wait if need be to have him service my appliances. He covers the spectrum from something so specialty as Fisher Pykel dishwasher drawers (was my initial call ) and Wow! did I score to find out he works on all appliances. He's very responsive and will text you in a reasonably short time if he is on a service call, telling you he'll get back to you asap. He's even coached me by phone on something very easy to fix rather than hold up my repair or making a house call just to charge me..he'd rather take care of his customers by trouble shooting if possible, than have them wait and be frustrated. When he gives me the prognosis I know I can trust everything he's telling me, and if he feels the fix needs the brand repair tech, he tells you. Kirill is honest with the highest integrity. The only problem with posting my review is that he'll get busier ! Yet, I'd rather wait than call on anyone else. read more
