This is the absolute WORST mc donald's location i've ever been to. once again, embarrassing im even…read morehaving to say that, but after a long day a quick meal before going home sounded nice. and ive been to this location multiple times because its the closest, and every time the food is either undercooked, overcooked or is missing items. tonight around 9pm or so, my husband and i stopped by before going home. ordered a big mac meal & a DOUBLE quarter pounder meal. had to wait in the parking lot for over 10 mins, just to get our food and the fries are ROCK HARD.. big mac had little to no mac sauce. i ended up throwing it away because it looked so sloppy and disgusting and DRY. husband didn't get his DOUBLE qtr pounder they gave him a single. i don't understand why they don't just shut this disgusting store down, seems like they turned off their google reviews or something because i wasn't able to review on there. The man inside the tavontruck was very friendly and all smiles. He helps you with ordering and is the one who prepares the food for you. I ended up getting 5 Al Pastor tacos for $5 which is a steal! They were served with a red (hot) salsa and a green avocado based salsa. The red salsa was perfect for me and only enhanced the tacos! What i appreciate about the tacos were they were not oily at all. They maybe werent filled equally but as stated, for the price, it is perfect. I ended up ordering a second set of 5 tacos as I was making that my dinner and hadn't eaten lunch that day. They were so tasty, I only wish I had space for more! Let's face it we all Loved the Curly Fries!!! Major point for going here in the first place. Fries were fresh and yummy!!! Side note: I still don't know why they got regular fires as an option. Probably trying to gain more appeal to the masses, but seriously Curly is the only option for us at Arby's. The 4 stars is for the wait time. Breakdown: There was no one in the drive thru. Our food took almost 20 mins. We got a #2 Roast beef sandwich meal - 1/2 pound, 2 value menu chicken wraps, 4 RB sliders, fries and drinks. What we ordered should have really been much faster. No cheese, changes or extras. This is based in comparison to other Arby's, that we normally go to, in neighboring towns that usually take 10 mins or less to get our food out with other customers. The WH store definitely took a longer time than their neighbors for the same foods we normally order with no other customers. Other than the time of wait. Everything was Arby's. Good meats with great Curly Fries & Arby's sauce. Food to Value ratio: Honestly fast food all around is getting more costly. We have practically stopped eating fast food as with current pricing you're better off ordering a ToGo pick up order from a real food restaurant for the same price 10-15$ a meal. Or you can get healthier food at the same pricing whereas healthier food use to be allot more expensive. I have attempted to give this location a chance time and time again. The food is always cold &…read moredisgusting looking. This is the closest location to me but I rather not anymore. Or they will mess up your order. I.E. I order a SEC biscuit & got every other type of sandwich 3 times. Mind you I ordered through the drive thru but even when I went inside the cashier still kept giving me the wrong order while developing an attitude. Another time I ordered a whopper with cheese & bacon. I had to go inside because the cashier did not know how to ring the item up and overcharged me. The floors are always sticky (usually in the front by the counters). People are people, current workers will be nice on one visit & then have an attitude the next. I am no longer coming to this location I rather go 5 miles further or not go to any at all.
