Food sucked, customer service sucked. Not impressed.... Should have - # as option, giving a one is being way to nice.

I asked the worker at the cashier for a combo multiple times and gave me a single sandwich. Didn't even fully cut it.

I would like to leave a review and I hope it falls on the ears. I visited Harvey's on Saturday 11th…read moreof April. I went to the one on Tecumseh Rd by the Walmart or Lauzon Prkw. The customer service at this location was so refreshing and top notch. Claudia, Karen, Tracey, Tyler and Shorty. I apologize for not knowing Shorty's real name. I can't read my own writing for his actual name. From ordering my food until the time I left the above mentioned staff was super. I worked at Casino Windsor for 14yrs. I was the youngest girl hired before construction was finished. I was 19yrs old. I've always said that you can provide outstanding customer service or you can't. Working with people is something you can do. It's not something you can learn. Customer service stands out with me more then the average person. I really really hope that the people that I mentioned above are at the very least get a "Way to go". Obviously, I didn't have to leave a review and the names of the people working at that time. I made sure I had their names to put in my review so they could be recognized. Thank you guys. I know having lunch on a Saturday is not a big deal but like I said I notice superb customer service and had to leave a comment. Danielle Colley-Renaud

I must've taken a wrong turn leaving Detroit, because suddenly I was in Canada. If you're going to…read moreaccidentally cross an international border, landing next to a poutinery isn't the worst. Frenchy's sits in a shopping center anchored by a Shoppers Drug Mart and a "Gaming Center" (aka casino). Walking up to the counter, I immediately noticed the lineup of meat choices and toppings. It's the kind of menu that makes you pause for a second, not because it's complicated, but because everything looks like a good idea. All sorts of protein options from Chicken to "Montreal Smoked Meat". I got the Gyro. Ordering was quick, and the food came out fast and fresh. The gravy was the standout. This wasn't that fast‑food slop. It was beefy, rich, the kind of gravy that actually tastes like something. Combined with the cheese curds and toppings, it made for a proper Canadian comfort‑food moment. And the portions? Massive. The kind of serving that makes you wonder if you accidentally ordered for two. Frenchy's is definitely playing in the "feed the masses" category, and they're doing it well. I took half my order back across the border for later. Bottom line: If you find yourself wandering into Windsor, intentionally or not, Frenchy's is a worthy stop for that authentic Pountne cuisine.

Honestly, you get exactly what you ask for here. This is not gourmet pasta, and anyone expecting…read morehandmade artisanal noodles or a slow-simmered bolognese will be severely disappointed. It is straight-up childhood nostalgia in a container. Think back to growing up without much cash, where dinner was store-bought spaghetti using the cheapest canned sauce on the shelf, paired with standard Texas toast transformed into makeshift garlic bread. That is the exact flavor profile they are hitting, and truth be told, they nail that specific vibe perfectly. The process starts out in the alley where you order. The staff handling the food window were nice and remarkably quick, handing over the bag without any fuss. Things got a little confusing when trying to head inside to eat. The layout blends into a separate restaurant next door, and it is tough to tell where the boundary line is. I tried to wander over to that bar side just to grab a beer, but holding the spaghetti bag apparently marks you as an outsider. The staff over there chased me off pretty quick and directed me back to the designated area for the pasta crowd. Once you get into the correct zone, the space actually has some cool character. The highlight is the "trailer" that acts as the merch store. The concept is neat, but the actual retail experience fell a bit flat. They were completely cleared out of most shirt sizes, the pricing felt way too steep for what it was, and the guy working the counter was kind of a dick. Still, the spot is absolutely worth checking out at least once for the sheer novelty, just make sure you know exactly what you are getting into before you walk up to the window.

You order in the alley, which smelled awful, then once you go inside there are tables to eat at. The inside I think is shared with another restaurant which was odd. The spaghetti was mid for a $30 meal. The best part was the memorabilia upstairs. All in all, it's a one time only stop.
