When checking my statement later, I discovered they entered the $23 total as the tip amount, charging me a total of around $41 for an $18 lunch. When I brought this error to their attention, they initially agreed to fix it. However, despite dragging their feet and giving me excuses, they never actually refunded or corrected the charge. Mistakes happen, but refusing to make things right when you overcharge a customer is completely unacceptable. Check your statements closely if you eat here.
