Haven't had subway in a couple years but decided to give it a shot with all the new additions. The sandwich itself was okay nothing special but I'd recommend spending your money at a MUCH BETTER sandwich place (local business?!). I tried the foot long pretzel and boy oh boy. They should start just advertising it to dogs because the pretzel was so hard like rock hard that I just gave it to my dog and he ate it like it was a bone, took him over a hour to eat and that's saying something. Along with that there was no salt so it was literally just bread and why doesn't it come with cheese or even have cheese as an add on option. Yeah, so don't spend your money here I recommend Cheba Hut or Quiznos if you actually want edible food. read more

We went to this store March 1st. Had a coupon for 3 footlongs for $17.....I think. Anyway, the coupon was NOT honored! We ordered tuna, and got very little tuna. Got a sub for our son and they out maybe a teaspoon of cheese on his sub. I also ordered foot long cookie. Imagine our surprise when our total was $42! When asked why, the gal said the coupon wouldn't work. She adjusted our order to $36. We should have told her to keep the sandwiches and left. We paid, but were most unhappy. I complained on the website. Someone got back to me and apologized saying they would refund our money. To date NOTHING has been refunded. We will NOT be returning to this Subway. second visit this week. Ordered the new "outlaw" the first visit and the Mexicali the second visit. Not until my sandwich was toasted did they tell me that they were out of chipotle sauce. The second time I was told that they didn't have any Baja sauce prepped. As a former franchisee, I know that all they had to do is run back and fill the bottle which would have taken only a minute. I was in this Subway yesterday to pick up some lunch. The two boys behind the counter were great. The store was VERY busy, and they quickly became backed up. Not a big deal, they both were professional and courteous. The problem? The other employee that was there, was apparently on her break. She was sitting at a table with a couple of boys. One was clearly her boyfriend, as he smacked her on the rear end every time she stood up. The boys behind the counter could have used her help...but she never offered. I have been to this Subway a few times, and the customer service is spotty at best. But these boys were really trying. They could have used a hand. read more
