Fighting the blizzard to get inside - I can see now that it isn't a guy - it's a dummy - well one of us was a dummy. I went into this cavernous joint and was met by half-a-dozen pink steel pigs. I knew I was in the right place. I ordered rib tip dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Those were the meatest rib tips I ever had. They were think and smoky and soon the blizzard melted away. I was hooked. Their hot sauce isn't hot - it's nothing special. This meat was way to perfect to mess with much sauce anyway. The cole slaw was creamy and amazing. The mac-n-cheese was perfect. I sat alone in this cavern of smoke-tastic delight - listening to classic rock that was eerily projected against one wall and eating the best rib-tips on the planet. I don't get out that often - but I am going to start looking for reasons to go to Westville IL.
