I drove away without receiving an item that I paid for because rather than have a situation escalate with a worker, I wanted to wait to speak with a manager. I called the next day to share my experience with the manager, Jonathan, and his response was that he doesn't have problems like what I described. I feel disrespected by immature workers with no customer service training, and cheated out of the cheesy fries that I paid for and didn't get.

I asked to talk to the manager . Tracy, the manager said they would have to pay for the chili out of their inventory and could not replace it without charging me. I later called the customer service number and requested a return call. After nit receiving a call for 5 days. I called the general manager who said the chili should have been replaced and he would talk with Tracy about it. The rest of the food was ok overall. The waitress was very attentive. It appeared clean but the restroom needed some attention. I understand why their rating is so low. If they can't afford to replace a bowl of chili they should not be in business.
