To make matters worse, he got into a shouting match with a young female employee directly in front of me, which was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. At the 10-minute mark, I finally asked the manager if my mobile order was ready. He simply said they were "working on it." He eventually placed my order on the counter and walked away without any apology for the delay, no explanation, and no basic courtesy such as "thank you" or "have a good day." The food was warm and on par for McDonald's. Mobile ordering is meant to save time, but this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I arrived and it appeared to be closed, but not closed permanently- there were new decals, etc. on the windows and it did not state that the business was closed. I am frustrated because it was a 20 minute drive for me each way and I had grandchildren at my house looking forward to a pizza treat for their supper. I hope if this establishment is actually closed they will notify the public in some way because it's inconvenient and expensive to drive out of one's way for no reason.
