At lunchtime, the parking lot is like a beehive with cars and trucks of people working in the area pulling in and back out with freshly made sandwiches, salads (not green salads, but the kind made with real mayonnaise), and those huge dill pickles that used to stand around in barrels at old time delis. There are individual servings of desserts in a refrigerator, a smattering of fresh produce, fresh breads, snacks, beverages (including beer and wine, and there is even a tiny wine alcove), ice cream, birthday candles and other things you might need once in a while but can't seem to lay your hands on. In the mornings, there are house-made breakfast sandwiches in a warmer so people can grab and go. The people work hard and are kind and friendly.
