I live close by and go all the time, service is quick and the manager is friendly. Never had a bad sandwich.

First off, I love Subway! Secondly for this location, yes this location on Bear Valley and the 395, this Subway will NOT honor any coupon if you're trying to get their SubClub sandwiches. At the bottom of the neighborhood coupon that we all get in our mailboxes it only says: "Excludes Footlong Cookies, Fresh Fit, Big Hot Pastrami & 5 Meat Italian". This particular franchise owner has also added anything with turkey and roast beef and the steak (carne asada) option will not be honored either, even tho Subway authorized it!! You might want to check if any other Subway participates in redeeming your coupon. I bid you farewell because you'll no longer be getting my dollars anymore. I'm done with this one. Do better. This evening we ordered at Grub Hub several Foot Long Sandwiches from Subway. In the past we have always received excellent grinders that always arrived as ordered until tonight. All 3 Club sandwiches had issues. The #1 Sandwich was missing the avocado and was dry. The 2nd one had very little mayo and was dry. The 3rd one didn't have mustard which was ordered and was very dry. So I called the store where the phone would ring 10 times and then a voice said "answer off". It's very sad when every item had an issue and to make matters worse not answering the phone. read more

Awful!! Dirty atmosphere. Sandwich was sub par. Drink machine was broken. I didn't know this till after my purchase of a combo meal. The only thing that was available was Pepsi. I don't drink soda and they offered no alternatives. So I paid the full price and no one would help by offering an alternative or a discount even since I paid for a drink I didn't receive. They made absolutely no attempt to make it right. As far as I'm concerned, when someone doesn't give you what you paid for, that's called theft. So They just took my money and said have a nice day. We eat at this subway because it's close to us. We went there yesterday and it looks like someone else has taken it over changed hands. It's different from what subway is. I love this subway mostly because the people who work here understand how i like my sandwiches. However, this person whom seems like theyre still in high school works slow, burnt my boyfriends and my sandwiches and proceeded to mess up my sandwich. It sucks when you show up to order sandwiches... and 1 of the sandwiches has a promotional discount and they refuse to honor it.. even though their location is listed as a "participating restaurant". It's subway! You will get paid for that discount! You're not taking a loss on it! And you're def. not giving away free shit! Best Subway ever! We always get a veggie sub and a tuna sub on our way to the high desert for AMA racing. They are always loaded. These fatties are super messy because they're so filled. We order ahead and they are always ready for pickup... and... get this, they actually label the sandwiches so you know which one is which. Every other Subway I've been to doesn't seem to own a pen. We will return... on our return from the desert... to this most awesome Subway...in the Shell station. read more

Went to the location on 395 and Bear Valley for my sons birthday this morning. He wanted to grab a sandwich for lunch and we were the first customers. The lady unlocks the door but walks away. She looked so miserable and no smiles at all throughout our transaction. She matched the rainy day with gloom on her face. This is a great little Subway attached to a gas station, so its a perfect stop if you are on a long trip and need to gas up/get food/bathroom break all in one stop. We were on our way to Oregon from San Diego, and decided to have dinner at this Subway after getting gas. There weren't many people around, so it was nice and quick, and there are lots of tables and chairs so you can eat there or take it to go. Very clean and open as well, and has a good atmosphere. We both got our sandwiches, and they were made well by the employees and had a lot of toppings. They definitely gave you a lot and didn't scrimp on the sauces or the toppings, either, as some Subways do. We enjoyed our sandwiches very much, and won't hesitate to come back here on our trips up to Oregon/down to San Diego again! read more

I've only had one issue at this Subway and it hardly surpassed the good experiences I've had here. The sandwich artist bumped my sandwich as she was picking it up to wrap it and the ingredients flew all over the paper. She picked up the ingredients from the paper and hastily put my sandwich back together. As I should have said something about it, I'm not going to hold them accountable. At the same time, it's not like she dropped it on the floor, so I'm going to let it slide. Otherwise, I like this subway. I went to the subway today being july 17th not knowing that if you wanted the 500 deal ,you had to order online and pay with a credit card, which i feel is stupid ,but I went ahead and ordered and when i completed my info ,it said i had an invalid phone number ,which was not true ,so my bro. Had left, and I tryed one last time ,this time using pay pal ,and it went through, stupid , then i told the guy before my order went through ,we wanted 2 of the bbq rib sand. Plain, one with provolone cheese. I go in the store to pick up my sand.and see someone buying 2 sand with cash, so i ask why ,they say oh if you pay full price you can purchase them in store, and you could by cookies and bottled beverages in store but not fountain drinks ,whats that all about , again red flag for me. Then my bro takes his sand. And leaves ,i take mine ,then my bro calls me and asks if iv looked at my sand. Yet ,i said no, well both of our sand. Had lettuce, onions and pickles on it , when we had ordered them plain ,never asked if we wanted them toasted, or what kind of bread .needless to say i will never go through that nightmare again, and we were once a week customers.
