I downloaded yelp just to say how awful the service was here. I walked in and asked for my food from an online order that was ready 20 minutes ago. I told them my name and they said that it was being prepared. When they finished they said the wrong name. This place is consistently horrible. Today was the last straw. I made an order through the app for curbside pickup. My husband was on his way through and was going to stop and pick up the order. At 1:31 it told me the order was ready. My husband arrived at 1:37 and waited. They never brought the order so he went in. They hadn't even started on the order. They were too busy carrying on conversations with other guests that always seem to be just standing around while their friends or family are trying to "work". They also constantly bicker amongst themselves and genuinely do not want to be there, and it shows. Will not be going back here. read more

The service was terrible, and the servers seemed offended that I asked for pickles, and then didn't even go to check to see if they had any. They couldn't focus on making simple sandwiches, instead they talked and ignored us for a good 15-20 minutes. These workers don't do jack sh*t. Waited in line behind two people for awhile. I ordered my sandwich and the young guy working behind the counter was slower than my 80 yr old grandma. My boi was slowly putting each turkey slice on my sandwich. The quality of the sandwich was just like any other subway. I stopped here 7/2/16. About 5 feet from the door, their employees were sitting outside smoking cigarettes. I didn't initially know they were employees until they got up and walked inside behind the counter without washing their hands. Needless to say, I walked out and found another place to eat. read more
