I have learned that my personal preference is "no lettuce" as that seems to make the bread less soggy, but that just works for me. Ordering on their app is BEYOND easy and convenient, and very quick if you're busy like me. Sometimes, they are completely slammed with customers (awesome for them!) and if you need to edit something you ordered on the app, you might not be able to get through on the phone. That's the only negative thing on the Firehouse app is that you can't make comments or requests to orders. PRO TIP: Ask them to toast the bread FIRST on the garlic bread. That way it's also ^not soggy! I love Firehouse. I highly recommend and if I had to pick one of their sandwiches to try first, I would recommend the Meatball or the Club on a Sub.
