The sear on that patty off a "busy" grill (I prefer to say dirty, but people get crazed over that adjective I use in a living way) is AMAZING. I also had to endure a manager belittling employees in front of a full line of customers, while I waited patiently for my sandwich. But that battle can be saved for another day. My only gripe, I think they should reconsider carrying honey mustard as I would love to bring my family here and I know my mom would go for the chicken tenders but she dislikes any sauce but honey mustard. The one time I picked up from here, I did not have a good experience. I came in and was getting sandwiches for my family, and I was giving the order to someone. I am not sure if the person taking my order/making the sandwich was new but he was getting some direction from another employee. He put the condiments into my sandwich before he realized that I wanted my sandwich toasted. The guy gave me a dirty look like it was my fault and he wasn't happy when I said I still wanted a toasted sandwich. He had to discard the sandwich. His fellow employee then looked at him and said: "what's wrong with you.". Not sure what that was all about but this is what happened. I haven't returned since then. Will I return? I may. I was about to go through Mcdonald's but remembered this location. I drove by and found that yes it only has coffee but not even the full menu of coffee available at the main location. I was hoping for some of their harvest coffees they didn't have but i settled for Blanc Dulce. Not that i don't love that coffee... just the coffee they make during harvest and holidays are special.
