Since I have been living at a hotel for over a month, I have been eating out because I really have no choice. I have ordered a number of time from Pizza Hut. The pizza has always come to my room hot and in a short time. Never have had bad service. I also have ordered twice their sandwiches. I have tried the one made with Italian sausage, pepperoni, ham and cheese. It's ok... their wings I never liked. Besides my ordering experiences, I stepped into a time warp a few weeks ago when my boss decided to take me and a few others out to lunch at Pizza Hut. I haven't eaten at any Pizza Hut buffet since I saw Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. Walking into this Pizza Hut felt like I was back there because the decor looks from then... which I don't mind I find it unique and interesting to see it look like that time. The food was pretty good, they had a lot of pizzas with toppings I do not care for: mushrooms, onions, etc. Only really ate the pepperoni... wish they would have made some other ones that I would be able to eat. They got super stingy with their toppings. We ordered a taco pizza and.... the bean "sauce" was non existent, the lettuce was rusty, and no chips on top. Dud. read more

Very quickly going down hill. Used to love ordering from here and it was our go to pizza place. Van Wert was blessed with more of a hometown/ independent Pizza Hut, but lately they have been switching more toward corporate. You can tell the dough isn't fresh and half the time there is almost no sauce on my pizza, last order we had almost a whole slice with no cheese or sauce. Very skimpy on the toppings. Also, check your carry out order before you ever leave the store we have had more than one instance where it's had to be remade once we got there or it is already being remade once we show up cause it was wrong. And no one there cares, so it's not even worth complaining when you have an issue. read more

First they gave us a dirty cup, and then they gave us dirty plates and the customer service is horrible.

Not sure what's been going on here lately. I used to never have any problems from this restaurant for years. But the last three times I tried to order from here I would call the number listed on Google, place my order, and then when I pick it up they say they don't have my order and that I never called them. Very frustrating. Not sure if whoever picks up the phone just doesn't place the order of if they need to update their phone number online. Either one is a problem though and should be dealt with. read more

Wife ordered three medium pizzas from this location, when she went to pick them up the manager ignored her and helped two people that walked in behind her. When confronted he laughed and said I'm only one person. When she got home and opened the boxes two where over cooked and one didn't have cheese on the edges at all. read more

Food was decent, but our waitress was not very nice towards us, called my daughter a boy and did not apologize after we corrected her, and forgot drinks. Overall okay experience minus the waitress. read more

We had a party of 20 people stop in after a high school basketball game. Our waitress Coral was outstanding. She provided the best service ever for having a group this large. She split the bills up and had a wonderful attitude.The pizza was great and we never ran dry on our drinks I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut location. read more

My husband is very picky about his wings, but loves Pizza Hut's naked wings! If you like Taco pizza, Van Wert's Pizza Hut has the best! It is my understanding that not all Pizza Huts have this on their menu. We live locally and eat here often. Service is always good. Great salad bar! read more

What can i say other then it's commercial pizza from a chain pizza franchise. It tastes ok but nothing exceptional about it. I try to avoid restaurant chains and prefer mom and pop. Gave it a 3 because there is far better pizza to be had. read more

Great buffet!. But when I ordered delivery had some issues with coupon codes & someone adding extra money to my order that didn't equal up to what I ordered. They got here quick & the delivery guy was very nice. Forgot some of my extras I ordered. But the pizza tasted fine. read more
