We ordered 1 Number 1 with cheese, no tomatoes, extra veggies with mustard and mayo. What we got was a Number 1 with Tomatoes. The mustard was only at the bottom of the sandwich. The sandwich was warm at best and the french fries were much worse as to temperature for 11:02 am. We (my wife) also ordered 1 Number 1 with cheese, ketchup and pickles only. We made the order, and she repeated it two more times as the young lady was apparently bound and determined to have mayo put on it. Apparently, she may have got confused with Mayo and Ketchup, or maybe it was their similar colors? Well, when my wife got her burger, it had Mayo and Pickles. No Ketchup and Pickles only. Again Maybe "MAYO" AND "KETCHUP" sound the same even after stating it 3 times? She also requested hot/crispy french fries. The French Fries were literally barely warm, more than likely because they were pre-cooked and set under a warming light. it's understandable that everyone makes mistakes, I get that but sometimes you have to stop and ask, what is going on!
