HORRIBLE service. Everyone that walked up to the counter did everything they could to not make eye contact. Got my food fairly quick, stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes to get salt and pepper for my fries. Nope, no one had time to ask what I was waiting for. ESPECIALLY the guy with the pink and grey hair. Just miserable at work!!!! read more

So many flies!!! Floors were sticky and service took forever and the food was smashed up.

Sometimes my dad and I stop here for a quick breakfast when I have an appointment in San Antonio. The service was going great until one night, when my dad ordered 2 McRibs, they only packed one instead of two, it felt like they robbed us. I think they should double check the order before giving it to the customer. read more

The person at the drive through had us park to wait for the food and we waited 30 minutes before going inside. Turns out they gave our food to someone else so we waited another 10 minutes and they didn't apologize They also put one pickle on each sandwich for some reason. And they didn't include any barbecue sauce, which was even on the receipt read more

So the drive thru is on the left if you're pulling in from 37. And it's a weird parking lot for a drive thru, just be careful because if you enter on the right, you have to cross the drive thru traffic and no one has any kind of stop sign or directional sign. So I ordered just the crispy chicken sandwich, and EW. That first bite tasted like slimy fish! So I took it out of my mouth and observed the rest of the chicken. It looked undercooked and the breading was not darker like it normally is. I ended up not eating much of it just in case, plus it was slimy like I said. Hubby's quarter pounder and fries were fine. Maybe find somewhere else to eat if you can stand to wait a few more minutes and get up the road. It's really busy here and the food is bleh. I wish I wouldn't have wasted $5 of the crispy chicken sandwich but now that I did, I'm warning you not to make the same mistake. read more

On our way down to Corpus Christi, we were getting hungry but just wanted a little snack to tide us over until dinner. We stopped at McDonald's thinking there would be no problem. Boy we're we wrong! Their only saving grace is that they got the food order correct, and it was okay. Not great but okay. Yes, I have had good McDonald's food before. These people do NOT like their jobs. We have been to a McDonald's where they actually enjoy what they're doing or at least act like they do. Very welcoming and Chick fil A like. Not here. No thank you's, no pull forward to the next window please, nothing to make us think that they were at all pleased that we were there. This is not the type of review I usually write, but this experience has made me rethink the good in humanity, and it shouldn't be that way. read more

I made a mobile order and did not receive what I ordered. I ordered 2 hamburgers with extra pickles, onions and ketchup. Instead I received someone's previous order with a tag order 82 (front counter order) that didn't have the requested condiments I wanted. What's the purpose of a "Mobile Order" if the employees still manage to mess that up? Would of nvr thought a mobile order could get screwed up ‍ read more

Came though on our way back to San Antonio, Attendant seemed to be irritated and told us to shut the f up en Español. Then they proceeded to mess up our order missing 2/4 drinks and missing a order or a Cheeseburger. Highly unprofessional and will not be stopping here ever again read more

Horrible service or I should say No service. I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:10am gave my order 1 small mocha frap and 1 sausage mcmuffin i then waisted 10minutes at the window and within that time i watched as tqo customers walked in the counter were not helped so they left not one employee was visible or anywhere near the registers at all. After all that i decided to leave so i pulled up to a gas pump and low and behold i see 4 four employees emerge from the back as if they did not want to be seen or something. Just because they advertise 24hr service does NOT mean their services are available 24 hours. Better off trying the one at Flying J. 0-stars read more

I would like to give this place 0 stars. We were driving through town on our way to San Antonio. We stopped for breakfast. We ordered 3 bacon McGriddles and 1 sausage McGriddle. Our receipt said the same. We got our order and left. On the entrance to the highway (read no turning back at this point) we had 3 sausage and one bacon. We had to drive 4 miles for a turn around and drive back. We got a insincere sorry not warm bacon McGriddles and that's it. Horrible service. We will never go back! read more

The McDonalds there is completely horrible!! Everyone working the complete 4 employees for a super busy truck stop, was moving like molasses and the slowest employee ended up being the manager! While waiting forever for my order I went to the Subway "next door" and got my food very promptly with only 2 employes working. After asking for a refund since it took incredibly long the manager snapped at me that they were understaffed and that's why it was taking so long. Uum no sir. It's because you're a shitty manager and all of your employees including you move so slow as if not a care in the world or a care about the 20 people waiting 15 min for a premade burger. Horrible horrible horrible. If I owed that franchise I would be completely embarrassed. read more

Messed up my order on a simple breakfast biscuit and the bun was grilled way too much.

Cashier overcharged me and got the order wrong. I politely informed her and she apologized. Then the manager gave me the wrong order again! I told him and he took the sandwich and threw it in the trash like he was really angry. He did refund the overcharge. I was very uncomfortable and will avoid this place on my next road trip. read more

I ended up paying more for a Hot and Spicy sandwich meal with one sandwich than with two. The manager said it was because I made it a large but it still shouldn't have been $2 more than an original order even as a large. Super rude and the food was horrible. Never buying there again. read more
