Located in Beeville. Ordered two spicy sandwiches and a large fry. The bathrooms had a key code lock which was funny and a first for me at a Whataburger location. Pretty slow service for a fast food spot; from ordering to receiving my food took 10 minutes, but I guess that is super fast when only looking at Whataburger and its usual urgency level. The french fries were simultaneously hot and not crispy, which was interesting. The chicken sandwiches were hot (temperature) and decently spicy and freshly cooked. I found their flavor to be subpar compared to a Chick Fil A or Popeyes sandwich though. Overall, not a bad option for the area but there's also not much competition around. read more

horrible experience i literally work at fast food and i thought my restaurant was bad. man everyones order was messed up, about like 3 or 5 people came up with messed up orders, including mine. when it was only three ingredients?? patty cheese and bacon. completely forgot the cheese and gave us a tray when we wanted to go bags..then a young girl (worker) came to her register to do something, the manager came out yelling that she wasnt allowed to wear her band, because she wasn't "married" in front of all of the customers, of course we all stared bc thats unprofessional & none of our business.. she ran to the bathroom and hid. very ugly to her coworkers. corporate needs to get on that. immediately. id give it zero stars but it makes me put one star.one very undeserved star. do better whataburger. read more

This particular Whataburger in Beeville is okay. I prefer going to the one in Goliad over the one in Beeville. I love using the Whataburger app to order my food. At other Whataburger locations, they are pretty efficient. However, this one in Beeville... it's a lot slower to get you your food and on several occasions the food is cold, MAKE SURE you double check your food because I've gone home many times from this location with missing food that I've paid for. If you go through drive through, you will wait a long time for your food and the order may or may not be completely correct, so I say, MAKE SURE you check your order before you leave. Fast food places that are located in decent locations (e.g. not located in "the ghetto" with iron bars and bullets whizzing by) instantly get a rating of TACKY and CLASSLESS in my opinion when they lock the bathroom doors and make you ask for a key to get in. The food is a typical Whataburger, but if you want to use the restroom, get treated like a vagrant as the cashier eyes you up and down trying to figure out if you are homeless or if you really did just order taquitos and coffee less than five minutes ago. read more

Went in for a couple Whataburgers. line took forever. They couldn't seem to get the orders straight. The truck in front of me in the drive thru sat for about 15 minutes and still hadn't gotten his order, even though I had gotten mine a while back. I finally asked the guy in front to move over so I could get out. I felt so bad for the guy.....he was still waiting when I left. I always give myself a few days to cool off before I leave a terrible review. Mostly because Yelp won't let me post from my phone, but also because it would probably be much more scathing in the moment. However, I must say time has not changed my opinion in this case. We usually stop at a Whataburger on road trips and I've never had a problem before. This store however should be called Whateverburger. The service was terrible. They had one cashier taking orders at a snails pace. She was obviously new and had not been trained properly. She actually gave up while trying to take our order correctly and handed it off to the lady who was supposed to be making fries. Twenty minutes later, we got our order. It wasn't correct but at this point we just wanted to get the hell out of there. My advice is to stay away. My advice to Whateverburger is to replace the current management! read more
