As you walk into Interbay Meat Market, you will find yourself immersed in truly a large-sized bodega with open-faced fridges, packed with drinks, lined against the outer walls. In between everything else are your groceries and other common pantry items. Almost at the center is a cantina/canteen, where you can pick out your own lunch from an assortment of available freshly cooked foods. The food you find here would be comparable to Caribbean twist or any other Latin-cafeteria style eatery. The servings are generous for a decent price. This was a very delicious (considering it was free) lunch. The pita was incredible. It tasted like garlic bread, but like you were only eating the top layer. (The best layer! ) I will definitely check out their other menu items. The tarpon salad was super complex full of flavor.
