I don't leave a lot of reviews but I had to send some love to this Jersey Mike's. The food is always great and they have actually become our go to over the past year for a quick inexpensive meal. Quality ingredients fresh bread, freshly sliced meats and cheeses, quality toppings... I have become hooked on the cherry pepper relish! But the real reason I am posting today is because this place has Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in years. I could not think of a friendlier staff in Tampa. I like that they have bowls! When I need to be low carb this is a go to- the buffalo chicken bowl with extra lettuce :) They are usually pretty quick with getting things ready and have a pleasant place to sit if you're eating in. They'll continue to be a go to for me ! read more

I'm not a big deli sandwich type of girl. I just don't like processed meat but I gotta tell you when I made the decision to come in to Jersey Mike's and try out the Big Kahana I was totally amazed. The sandwich to me tasted absolutely great. It was a nice splurge meal. The crew that was working was also phenomenal. They were very attentive efficient and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Seriously?! Then I call them about the mistake and to prepare the correct sandwich. I am asked if I wanted Mikes Way. I said yes. Pick up the sandwhich. Looks like a #3 but for some reason there's mayo in it. Smh. Since when does mikes way come with mayo. And by the way the place was empty. Get it together people. There's people with food allergies. Posting From Tampa Florida (NOT California) I ordered a gluten free sub. Everything else on the sandwich was really good. . . .EXCEPT the gluten free bread. I don't know what brand of gluten free bread they use, but it was absolutely GROSS! The texture of the bread was powdery/chalky. It was like chewing on a mixture of talcum powder, white chalk and sand. It completely ruined what could have been a really delicious sandwich. I ordered from this Jersey Mike's location through Uber Eats. I had two sandwiched delivered. One to eat right away, the second to take along on my flight. The first sandwich was the big kahuna with chicken. Being a fan for years of that sandwich with the roast beef, I had to finally try the chicken. Had it on the rosemary parmesan bread. It was absolutely delicious!!! Hurray, another new favorite sandwich! Later, onboard the airplane in the cockpit, I ate the second sandwich (which had been stored in the airplane cooler for freshness). It was on the same bread style, the #9 Club Supreme, with roast beef, swiss cheese, bacon, fixed Mike's Way. Again, this sandwich was equally as good as the chicken big kahuna! I had a great sandwich shop that closed awhile back and the italian was to die for!!! Jersey Mikes has the closest sandwich that compares to it. I always asked for spicy mustard on it and it makes a huge difference in an italian sandwich. When i go to jersey mikes the staff is always friendly and giving me tips on sandwiches and I love the fact that these sandwiches are cut to order and the bread is always fresh. They open at 10am and sometimes I find my self getting there right when they open just for the freshest bread available. Walked here from getting new tires. So glad I did. First time ever eating at any Jersey Mike's. Great steak, onion, and mushroom sandwich. Made fresh and it was very, very good . This review is for this location only. I tried to recreate the success of my experience here at another location and it was a disappointing failure. So on to what makes the Kennedy Jersey Mike's so great. The first time I came here was about a month and a half ago and in that time I have come back about 4 times. I was a little lost on how to order the hot sub the first time I came in because I thought they would ask me what additinoal toppings I wanted on it, i.e. tomato, etc, when it was done on the grill, but you actually tell them all of the toppings or any mods when you initally order at the begininng of the line. I watched people with cold subs at the toppings counter so it confused me a bit. When they handed me my sub already wrapped up and I expressed my confusion, they were happy to make me a small tray of cold toppings I could add later. Great customer service. Each visit, I ordered my chipotle steak sandwich on wheat bread which was surprising soft and fluffy for wheat with a great flavor. I didn't have to wait too long for it to be made to order. All 4x I've been here, the sandwich has been consistently flavorful and very fresh tasting. The melted cheese and chipotle sauce comes together beautifully to finsih the flavor. It has definitely given me a taste for these sandwiches which I have started to crave regularly. The lady who has been grill side each visit is so sweet and friendly when you walk in and will even walk around the counter to hand you your sandwich if you're waiting at a table. read more

Out of courtesy for the staff and the sandwich itself I'll give this a higher than deserved rating. My chicken Cesar wrap was actually good, a little heavy on the dressing but a little light on the love. I come to Jersey Mike's for more than a quick fix, I come here to unwind and let loose. The staff was super friendly, but only interested in making my food in a timely fashion and escorting me off the premises. They told me to try subway, they said "Go subway, ask for Yosef...tell him we sent you". I went to the subway down the road and proceeded to meet Yosef who introduced me to my wife and he helped me raise my children aged 33,35 and 8. I love subway. Best investment ever. read more
