It's colorful and very sunny, but it would also be the snuggliest place to sit while it's raining and just sip away and read. There are so many drink and food options here. I had the pistachio matcha with strawberry cold foam and a spinach/feta pastry. Both were good choices. You can order at the register or from a QR code and they'll call you to come get it. It's so casual and laid back. This adorable hangout would melt away any work frazzles I could possible walk in with. I love the low ceilings and the vintage hardwood floors and the slouchy couch and the eastern light streaming in the front window of this older, repurposed home. There's original artwork everywhere, including the ceiling (some of it's for sale). There's also a rack of clothing items, jewelry, scrunchies and other items for sale. I love the eclectic vibe-and the guitar propped up by the front window. Phoebe could definitely sing "Smelly Cat" here. Heck, they're so welcoming here, Ross could probably set up his keyboard and share "the sound." They DO have live music here-and a side patio. There's some parking up front and extra parking in back. And the service is friendly. I'm so glad I found this spot. I'll be back to try the apple fritter croissant and soak up more relaxation. Happy days from Felicitous!

Nonetheless, I want to say thank you Jason's for always being so extra welcoming and attentive. I do want to say that the first visit was with a causacian woman. With the short court who seemed to be the manager. She wasn't as talkative or welcoming. However. I would just count her out and still say my experience at Jason's is a 10/10. Especially this visit!! Finally a manager-looking person opened a second register, and it went quicker from there. We snagged a booth, put our order number on the table, and headed to the salad bar. The salad bar had a nice variety of items, and was well stocked. Because I ordered the "Manager's Special", I got a side salad plate to go with my half a Reuben sandwich, but that was plenty of salad. The half of a sandwich arrived quickly, and was really good. Things I did not love about Jason's: too long to order, the place was incredibly LOUD, with screaming children and crying babies as far as the ear could hear, the potato chips that came with my sandwich were all broken into tiny pieces, the ice cream in the machine was a melty blob, and the muffins that looked like chocolate were actually gingerbread, and terrible, so don't be fooled. If I go back, it won't be on a weekend.

Store #403 has the most terrible customer service you've ever came across in centuries. I went there at 8pm, restroom locked, Grace Aviles, the cashier was absolutely so terribly rude and irate with myself explaining to her personal policy that after the restroom is cleaned it is closed. I said im a paying customer and this shouldn't be, closing manager Leah Ellis interceded saying "I'll let you use it. Aviles was so upset screaming from the front to the back that "your steady talking... Just use the bathroom" several times, i hear her loud and disrespectful it was ridiculous. I return to the front i asked what was she saying she looked at me with the dirtiest look and said " you steady talking.... Just use the bathroom", im like excuse me I was speaking to her manager who has no authority to speak with consumers over Avilles.... Who them refused to serve me because i explained that was contacting the corporate office and reporting her and the rules made up by them.... NEVER GO HERE IS IF YOU KNOW HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ANY COMPANIES CHARACTER, INTEGRITY, AND MORALITY. Very disrespected, disappointed, and upsetting is this place and the missions statement is even more upsetting, it expresses nothing on customers, or service.... There statement expresses meat, and fast service absolutely a bad statement to employees not training them on ethics. This would have to be my all time favourite eating place. The food is of a very high standard and very fresh. Wasn't feeling the best when I arrived in Tampa and couldn't find a decent place to eat at a reasonable price until my daughter and I found Jimmy John's. Their soups and sandwiches are delicious and cake and coffee was a real treat. Prices were very reasonable and the staff were efficient and friendly, overall a wonderful place to eat. read more

Again, I'm not sure who was running that location today, but they were doing the worst job we've seen since it's opened and they only had one register open inside to compound the wait with the dirty interior and the food being so off for Culver's.
