I'm a nurse and it takes a little while to walk out of the hospital to the parking area. I know sandwiches. For a while, that's all I would eat. There are definitely pros and cons to this place. Other people rave over here, but I left satisfied, but not impressed. First, no student discount. Really? We're less than a mile from campus. I ordered their roast beef and turkey breast ($5.99). What I didn't like was that adding provolone was extra! I don't know about anyone else, but I think cheese on a sandwich is essential. When I added chips and a cup of water, my bill came to $8.49. Glad I didn't get a soda, my bill would've gone over $10. I can name 4 other places the same distance from campus with much cheaper sandwiches/ combos. Would have been 5 stars if the delivery time lived up to their highly advertised "freaky fast delivery". Ive heard from friends they deliver in under 20 min, sometimes as quick as 5/10 min, but this did not happen...even being right down the road, it took 45 min. The sub was incredible though, which really made up for the delivery time. The beach sub will always come highly recommended from me. Roasted turkey, provolone, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and I always add bacon to it. He recommended sandwiches and advised to try the homemade potato chips. I am a fan all the way around. The sandwiches were made really fast. The tea was mislabeled as sweet when it was unsweetened, it was no big deal. The only downside was there was an abundance of pepper in my sandwich. I recommend the Turkey Tom or Italian Nightclub. The vinaigrette on the Italian is so tasty.
