I usually come here on a Friday for lunch, but over the last month the service here has not been the best (very long wait times, slow staff that has argued with each other in front of other customers, and poorly made sandwiches) Today I came in and ordered my usual double turkey, and it seemed like everything was just piled on to my sandwich. I might be wrong but I thought turkey was supposed to be folded in a certain way on subway sandwiches? All that to say, just disappointed especially for paying ~$18 for my sandwich read more

Subway - Fast Food Near Me - Sun City West, Arizona

I called to order a 7 person platter. The employee said I had to either come in or use the on line service. I drove to Sun City West Subway and ordered the 7 person platter as shown on their web site. The employee at first didn't want to take my order as I was picking it up at 5. It was 1 when I ordered it. She did take my order and asked me what I wanted. I said exactly like your web site shows. Then she charged me $58 and I said the web site said it was $48. Then she got huffy and said the cash register was correct. When I went to pick up the order, I showed the same employee, the web site picture. Again she said they have no control over the web site. Then she got nasty and said could care less if I ever came back. It is unlawful to advertise a price and then charge more. $5 is nothing, it is the bad attitude and bad employee behavior. This same Subway has had issues in the past. Never will I go back to this Subway again. $5 times a million customers adds up to a lot of dough!!!!! read more

I'm pretty happy this Subway is here because there aren't a whole lot of options in this community. I'm also happy that this location is clean, the employees are friendly, and the food tastes fresh. It was pretty busy when I went there today but the line moved fast and my order was taken quickly. The one thing that bothers me is the recent price changes. Foot Long's are now $7.99 instead of the old "five dollar foot long". I've been told before that the price increase is due to people demanding they change their bread recipe, and "$15.00 per hour minimum wage". Which is bogus because there is no nationwide "$15.00 per hour minimum wage". Let me be clear. I wasn't told that by this franchisee, it was a different one on the other side of the valley. But I was told it was new cooperate policy. And speaking of new "cooperate policy", they have reduced the amount of protein you get in your sandwich. For the tuna salad foot long, that translates to 4 scoops of tuna instead of the traditional 5. This is the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. 4 scoops, 4 Stars. That said, my sandwich was very good. All the ingredients tasted fresh. Bread was also fresh. I'll be back! read more

We have been to this location many times; however the last 2 times we have left without ordering. The lettuce was pink and the tomatoes were a sickly pink. Their logo is eat fresh! Stale lettuce and unripe tomatoes on a sandwich that costs $10 or more. Never returning! read more

No one wears a mask while making your food. Not very pleasant did not sense friendliness I asked for my Sandwich to be lightly toasted the bread came out burnt as I stated I asked for lightly toasted she picked up the meat slapped it on another 6 inch threw it back in the toaster for about 10 seconds as my sandwich was passed down for the veggies to be put on Jackie reached over my sandwich Which her shirt then touched/rubbed across the top of my sandwich. At this point no I will not be eating at this subway. read more

If I could give this location no stars I would! I asked for a kids meal for my 8 year old. They wouldn't let me have a kids meal bc he wanted pepperoni. so weird bc I've been to subways all over AZ,CA and FL and I have never ever seen this issue.. so they had to charge me for 6in and not a kids meal. If I wanted the 6in then I would of ordered that. These young ass kids that work here need to chill with the attitude and be a little big on costumer service. They have the worst costumer service I have ever seen in my life!!! Don't waste ur time coming here go to jersey mikes and get a real sub sandwich !!! read more

Sandwich was good, however there is a very rude employee, no need to talk to customers they way she did. The other 2 employee's making the sandwiches were great! read more

It really has gone downhill but I still love subway so I keep going back here. I dont like this location because the meatballs were cold last time. Also an employee put like four black olives on my sub when I asked for olives. I was like wow, about some more and she looked at me like I was crazy. Next customer was complaining about something else and turns out the olive cheapy was the manager. read more

This is the BEST subway in Sun City. I recommend this location 100% You will not be disappointed!

Visited @ 2:30 on 29 September. One person making sandwiches and operating cash register. Did not trash gloves after handling cash. Out of most types of bread. Service was polite. read more

I usually like Subway but the experience at this store was the worst ever. The staff starting with Miranda acted as if the could care less about customers or their jobs. They seemed to be half awake. I couldn't believe the staff asked me whether or not I wanted lettuce in my salad. The they put about 1/4 cup of lettuce in the bowl. When they gave me the salad it filled less than half the bowl. Because I've had other subway salads I know this wasn't right. I like subway food but I will NEVER visit this store again read more

The sandwich was great but I got the combo cause I wanted to eat some cookies and when I told them which ones I wanted they tried to charge me additional. I said no, the cookies come with the combo. They said they put in the chips for my combo and that they can't change it. The ONLY reason I got the combo was for the cookies and here they are saying I get chips not cookies even though there is NO change in the cost of these combos. Next time im using a different subway read more

An elderly lady notified the 2 workers that there was a tomatoe on the ground that could injure someone if they slipped. They acknowledged her, thanked her and even called her by her first name. They cleaned it up right away . It may be small but their customer service is an A+ here. read more

Although I can't eat here due to dietary restrictions, I went in to pick up a sandwich for my mother. The store was clean and although there was a line, the service was fast. I was especially impressed with Chelsey who really was exceptional. She was super friendly and very helpful. Her positive attitude was noticed and appreciated. I only took a star off because I myself didn't taste the food but my mom loved her sandwich! read more

This subway restaurant is always out of items and they scrimp on the sandwiches. We no longer patronize them.

Ordered tuna chopped salad and ruben sandwich. The ruben had very small amount of corn beef and sauerkraut...the roll was the size of a hot dog bun. No flavor as well. Terrible sandwich. The tuna chopped salad was a disgrace. Small scoop of tuna...ridiculous. Had additional ingredients that were not ordered. Almost inedible. Do not go here...go to Fys or Safeway. read more
