I needed a specific box brand of facial tissues with lotion which this pharmacy actually have and was on sale with a promotion "buy 1 get 1 equal/less for 50% off." Retail items appears somewhat in stock, but I really wanted the large rectangular box rather than the small square box of facial tissues. Customer service is non-existent. The staff appears disgruntled working robotically of their Sisyphean task.

Disappointingly the household cleaning product aisle contain near empty shelves as the staff either does not receive a delivery from corporate HQ or the staff does not keep the store's inventory well stocked. I needed basic household cleaning products of toilet bowl cleaner which is still on my shopping list, but to my dismay it was mostly sold out and out of stock possibly due to the effects of COVID-19. The acne treatment inventory contains very limited brand names and low inventory stock. There is only one human cashier and two (2) functioning self-service checkout counters. I opted for the self-service checkout as the sales associate stepped away from the cashier counter. The scanners at the self-service checkout are fully functioning without any technical problems. I had no issues when scanning my CVS store loyalty card. The hidden coupon compartment within the self-service cashier machine was full to the rim which produced a public announcement message "assistance is needed" and the CVS associate opened the hidden coupon compartment only to push all the coupons down allowing additional space to add more. Whoa, when I worked in a retail store we had to empty bins by close of business day and never leave bins or compartments full to the rim the next day. I really like the customer service they've never been rude or unhelpful anytime I've ever been there, and that's a big plus! They have a lot of different items there from Band-Aids to aspirin. The store is always pretty clean and well stocked. They change the specialty coffee machines as soon as they are out of stuff with no complaints unlike some 7-11's Ive been in. Staff is very friendly and they keep the regular coffee fresh most of the time (late nights can be iffy). The coffee station is well stocked, with things like mini marshmallows, and various flavoring powders and syrups. They have an iced coffee machine which I swear is better than Staryucks and much cheaper. If youre not a coffee snob and dont think you have to pay $4+ for a cup of coffee to be good then this is a great stop for you. The premade sandwiches are actually surprisingly good and fresh.
