Surprisingly solid 7-Eleven. The ATM actually works most of the time (a win around here), and they keep the coffee hot and snacks fully stocked. Quick in-and-out kind of place. Just a heads-up: skip the key cutting machine--it's hit-or-miss, and dealing with the refund process isn't worth the hassle. Otherwise, no complaints! read more

i can't pass on the opportunity to visit a 711 while in queens and i do need my big gulp and slurpee fix. small shared parking lot so it's better to find street parking nearby , big spacious inside with the full a to z with the typical 711 stuff. plenty of hot food available but i will pass on the stomach turning hot dogs and greasy pizza , etc. found the beverage area and its time to get busy . overall not a bad 711 and they keep the place well organized and clean with employees behind the counter that seem to appreciate the customers. 4 stars on my yelp meter and as i drive away with my big gulp and slurpee, i do wish i grabbed a few hot dogs as well. read more

I will never patron this 7-11 again. The new owners are completely unprofessional and their customer service skills suck. It's bad enough that they changed everything around. That they have gotten rid of all the the old staff. But they are racist. An African American couple were back by the fridges. The lady puts a bottle of water in her bag while having another bottle of the same water in her hands. The Asian American man behind the counter proceeds to yell, from the back of the counter, in front of other customers Take the bottle out of your bag. Take it out of your bag. We will look in your bag (Not quoted because one or two words are off) She proceeded to put the bottles of water on the counter and walked out. I would have left my stuff but I had paid for it and had a hot chocolate for the 7 year old I was picking up from school. And we all know how kids are when you tell them they are getting something. Very rude service. I'm asking for bag, chinese guy said 5 cents, I said he needs to tell to customer before charge, because I paid with my credit card already and he answered is no customer around. I however, was a daily customer as well, until I found the location on Metropolitan Avenue and 71st Avenue, which I feel is cleaner and better stocked. OK, so you're thinking what kind of a lunatic reviews a 7-11. This kind :p I'm probably go to this store 5 times a week minimum so I figured why not review it. The store is always pretty clean and well stocked. They change the specialty coffee machines as soon as they are out of stuff with no complaints unlike some 7-11's Ive been in. Staff is very friendly and they keep the regular coffee fresh most of the time (late nights can be iffy). The coffee station is well stocked, with things like mini marshmallows, and various flavoring powders and syrups. They have an iced coffee machine which I swear is better than Staryucks and much cheaper. If youre not a coffee snob and dont think you have to pay $4+ for a cup of coffee to be good then this is a great stop for you. The premade sandwiches are actually surprisingly good and fresh. Im a bit of a snob when it comes to cold cuts but I eat the sandwiches from there when Im too lazy to go to a real deli and I cant complain...much ;D. They have a full array of Krispy Kreme doughnuts which are fresh every day. read more

My Mother is a huge of 7-11, I AM NOT. If you've been to one you've been to them all, the location makes no difference. Everything in the store is ridiculously overpriced. There's an area where you can get coffee and they have the different flavored Inrernarional creamers which are always left unopened and you can see traces of the cream running down the outside of the containers, YUCK! Then if your really feeling daring you can purchase the hot wings which are sitting under a hot lamp. From a distance the wings look quite appetizing but as you get a closer look the wings look as if they've been sitting there for weeks they look hard and shriveled. I wouldn't feed them to a dog, to do so would be animal cruelty. The one thing I do like is in the dairy section. It's the Red delicious apples and cheddar cheese snack. read more

I've only been here a few times, and it's okay. I mean, you're never going to walk out of a convenience store raving about it. They sell junk food, and they overcharge for it. What's to love? I'm not here to poop all over the convenience store business model. It serves it's purpose. Get a coffee, get a soda, get a bag of chips, whatever. This used to be the place me and my friends would go multiple times a week when we were growing up. Back then (10 years ago) prices were cheap and workers were nice. A few years ago an asian guy took over as manager and complete ran this place into the ground. The rite aid a block away closes so he saw this as an opportunity to raise prices on literally everything. It got so bad to the point that i'd rather drive 10 min to the 711 on metropolitan ave because of these disrespectful prices. I stopped by a few weeks ago to buy 2 beers and after paying i realized they wouldn't fit in my jacket and i didn't wanna walk home home holding cold beer in my hands in 30 degree weather so i asked for a bag. The manager became hostile and started giving me a problem saying that he charges $.05 for a bag but now that i've made my purchase it's too late to get a bag? Hope this place goes bankrupt and he needs to use his personal savings to save his ass. read more

I recently found out about this 7-eleven while leaving work one day I usually get a large cups of ice chips today 5/12/21 i went there to get my usual ice chips and the owner/ manager an asian American with glasses totally out of uniform only in an apron behind the counter. He gave me a very disgusted and suspicious look when i was waiting to cash out my usual order i was in my phone texting someone. And you can feel when someone is staring at you or just feel a presence that your being watched i looked up and i caught him in the act then he looks away immediately. I get it im a young black man and we often get looked at strangely. I addressed him right there about it and he immediately played the victim which is often in the Asian community. Im fully able to pay for my items i don't need to steal or shoplift. I was fortunate to have a parent that taught me right from wrong and to never judge I'll be going back to that 7/11 because i love the company itself that person isn't going to intimidate me just be his snarky glances i love it bring it on jackie!! read more

Best pastries ever are in that glass case! Not too sweet and a good value. I am a pastry junkie and these just top so many bakeries and donuts shops. Blueberry muffin is amazing, cheese filled roll is not sweet at all, and the coffee cake is unmatched. Apple fritter is unreal but just a little too sugary- still fabulous though! And finally, my favorite (cue angels singing in the background..) the jelly stick doughnut!! I dare you to ever go back to Dunkin Donuts after this insanity! read more

This is my favorite 7/11 in the neighborhood I just feel like this 7/11 has the biggest selection and they got a bathroom. Nice location on Woodhaven Blvd. Easy to get to and they have a parking lot. I usually come here for a drink after getting some hot dogs from Dominick's Hot Dog truck across the street. They also sell buffalo wings, sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs but I wouldn't eat any of that here. This is not a very busy 7-Eleven and I'm just gonna assume that their wings have been sitting under the hot lamp for hours, if not days... read more
