I usually don't venture to the middle village part of Queens but today I did and I am early as cuz is running late as always so I was lucky and happy when I saw a 711 in the area and ecstatic that a free parking lot is steps from the entrance. Too early for a big gulp or slurpees but a large white chocolate cappuccino via the self service hot beverage machine and a oversized blueberry muffin that's still fresh looking .Typical 711 stuff with lottery tickets , cigs , coffee, etc, being the main purchase . The plus is the store is well stocked and looks clean and prices are reasonable compared to most deli's and Bodega. Forty minutes sitting in my car at the 711 parking lot with my drink and sweet, reading my morning papers went quickly and smooth .3.5 stars on my yelp meter. read more

Workers scare the bejeezus out of you as soon as you stroll in by barking "HELLO!!!" multiple times, and by multiple people. It's like a new policy just went into effect that every customer must be greeted as soon as the little bell above the door dings. Make sure you answer them back, of course, and well I guess you'll have to answer every employee who pops up out of nowhere to greet you as you're walking down the aisle. Typical 7-11 fare. I have yet to sample any of their hot foods served at the counter (just a personal preference of not grabbing lunch at 7-11 when there are a plethora of restaurants along the avenue, nothing against how it looks). They have frequent sales on soda and snacks---worth checking out, even if you're in the neighborhood just to pick up something at the convenient Amazon lockbox located right outside. read more

This location so far is clean, neat, and all the shelves are stocked. Then there are the employees are having trouble with the POS system, but if they are new, I honestly need to cut them some slack. Many loathe the idea of having this spot here for it causing a hangout spot for potheads and kids you didn't want to go home at night. People thought many, many negative things... Happened to be driving threw the area and stopped by for a coffee very friendly staff and you'll find your basic 7-eleven items

Beware of this place! They scanned my debit card and watched me put my pin and a few days later were able to withdraw $400 from my bank account and the culprits continued to withdraw money for almost a week. My bank helped me trace it back to the only place I had used my debit card in NYC in November, and it was this place! I was visiting a friend in this area and needed to find an ATM nearby. I had a creepy feeling when the men who were restocking were a little too close to me and I thought I was cautious entering my pin. Guess I didn't do a good enough job hiding it. Thankfully my bank is insured and after a few days I was able to claim my money bank. I want the owners or Corporate offices to be aware of this! read more

I came in her with a friend to buy her a pregnancy test because she had a scare (ended up being negative) anyways my friend who is 18 & me who are 18 go to buy this. My friend in a nervous hurry left her ID home and just brought whatever she was paying with. This employee asked our age and for our ID for a pregnancy test... that's ridiculous and illegal. Knowing a teenage girl could possibly be pregnant and you're gonna stall the process illegally over ab ID?! after a couple of minutes of speaking to another minutes and using my ID she gave us the test. I have given this place so many chances. They have a multitude of workers standing around in there, what they are doing is beyond me. I used to go in there every morning between 7 and 8 for a coffee. Unfortunately they never have the coffee I want. Being that there are so many workers in there (2 or 3 alone stationed in the coffee area) this should NEVER happen especially at that time in the morning, there is just no excuse. I have even complained to a manager in there, they look at you like you are nuts. I even had a worker have the audacity to tell me that it's a popular flavor. If it is so popular, why wouldn't they have 2 pots ready at all times? This is severely poor management and utter laziness. For this I will go to Starbucks and pay a little more. read more

7-11 in Middle Village my favorite coffee house in New York. I have been going there since the day it opened. Upon entering I am always welcomed with a sincere greeting. The atmosphere is very friendly. The store is so clean and shelves fully stocked. The pumpkin muffin is a must! I always love the music. I ran The NYC Marathon and when I finished the first thing I wanted was a cup of 7-11 coffee. I work at The Plaza Hotel (a Five star Hotel) I always tell all the tourists, "You haven't had a cup of New York coffee until you go to 7-11." I thank my 7-11 family Lisa, Armando, James, Mike, Dave and Richard for always making my coffee time a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place. read more

i live near this location so i'm a regular customer. i always run into a worker name Adam. and every time i go in he's always attentive and is very helpful. i also noticed that he is always like that with the other customers and always have a good word to say about him. i'm really surprised that he doesn't work there anymore and the other workers are not as attentive as him. they're usually not doing much and not paying attention to the customers at all. really sad that he isn't there anymore. read more

WOW!!! This is one of the best 7-Eleven's!!! They're so clean, its not even funny. One time I went in there, and made a big mess. An Employee named Olena, came to clean up for me. I offered to help but she said that it was alright and that it was a little spill. Sheron rang me up and she was so pleasant. She helped me set up my 7Rewards app and also the Belly app on my phone. Those are my favorite evening shift employees. There are many people that work there and tries to help customers out a great deal. I love Lisa, Armando, James, Yamilette, and theres others. Very clean 711! Staff is great . There's one male in particular that is very nice usually there on weeknights. If the food looks stale he offers to make it fresh for u if u are willing to wait .
