Nicest Subway in the area. It is clean and the employees are always super friendly. Easy and plentiful parking.

So I sat in my car and waited a few minutes until I was ready to order the Cordelia pimento double cheeseburger ($8) and the special milkshake, Peach Cobbler ($5 for the small). After about 10 minutes, I received my order, noticing my milkshake was a bit too melty for my liking. I rarely get junk food so I do like everything to be perfect when I do indulge! It was yummy with nice peach chunks mixed in and a graham cracker pie crumble on top. But it wasn't nearly perfect enough to warrant 5 dollars amd probably 500 calories. I ate the whole shake in the car. Once I got home about 30 minutes later, I dug into the Cordelia collaboration burger. This was not worth 8 dollars. Too expensive for basically a double cheeseburger with a couple unique pickles and pimento cheese. The meat on it was great though. A good dinner but it should have been 5 or 6 bucks. I also asked for the tartar sauce on the side and that did not happen. Oh well!

Came for the Cordelia/Swenson collab for month of June - highly recommend trying the Swenson Pimento Burger, Amazing value for getting Cordelia's homemade pimento cheese on a Swenson's similar-to-galley-boy-style burger with tartar sauce and kool-aid pickles. It should be juicy, and the perfect balance of savory, cheesy and acidic, but this delivery order seemed lackluster on that. I would say the pimento cheese and saltine crackers are not as worth the value because the pimento cheese cup is so small (like a cup for condiments) and the saltine crackers are literally the same crackers you get for free at the hospital. Definitely worth trying the burger before June is over!

Every worker had a smile and greeted us and took our order. Our chicken was delicious and our fries were hot. Everyone in my party tried the new tea lemonade and we all loved it. They and the Cathy family would be aghast at the service and food we were served at this location. My granddaughter wanted Chick Fil A for lunch, so we went to this location on our way to another event. My granddaughter ordered the 5 piece Chicken Nuggets, apple sauce, waffle fries and a juice box. Hard to mess this up so nothing noteworthy here. My wife ordered the Market salad with grilled chicken. I noticed her moving the lettuce but not eating it. She said the chicken was alright as were the strawberries. The salad looked like it was dug out of a dirty hole. Hardly appetizing and certainly old (see photos and receipt) I told my wife if my owner operator friends (A, B and C) saw this, they'd be upset. I encouraged her to let them know. She went to the counter and the three ladies there told her this salad was MADE TODAY! What?! They said because she ate the chicken and strawberries they could only give her a side salad with lettuce, which was fair. The manager never came out to settle this but told the ladies to take care of it. Must have been SOOO busy. so they offered my wife a side salad which looked just as old. She finally chose a side salad that was the least rusty. IF they made the salads today, wouldn't you think, I can't serve what I wouldn't eat myself? Uhhh, na. It dawned on me they likely don't sell a lot of salads at this location so they sit either in the bag or in the salad container. I submit, stick to what you do best and take the nasty salads off the menu here. Shame is, we love their salads.... Just not here. One and done for me.

And do look forward to future visits. The staff was out at the vehicle taking orders prior to even making it to the order screen. That's cool. FOOD: The food is bad, there's no other way to put it. I ordered Quarter Pounder Cheese & Bacon meal ($10.59). The sandwich was hastily built with cheese that wasn't melted at all, abundance of onion, and halfway cooked meat. The fries tasted stale. They were also overly salty, impossible to eat. The fries also weren't sold with over the top fill, but rather had a half empty container. Coke is not what you'd expect from McDonalds. You know, the syrupy, bold taste. This coke was extremely diluted and looked much more clear than usual. I was quite surprised with this meal. Despite being very hungry, I tried a little bit of everything and didn't eat it. Perhaps some other options are more on brand here but whatever I ordered wasn't good. SERVICE: The service here is surprisingly friendly. Employees smile at you, greet you in a polite manner, and are a joy to interact with. This is very rare nowadays for fast food establishments. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of order fulfillment and pleasantries. I'm rating this place 3 stars only due to good service. The food is easily 1 star. I won't be returning based on this poorly prepared meal. If you see very hungry, this place may do but I wouldn't make it your go-to.

The wait time has been the same going into the establishment because again, they are understaffed. 5 people working during peak hours is unacceptable. Let's not even consider how skimpy they are on the serving size. If I knew there would be no meat throughout the crunch wrap, I would have just ordered a crunchy taco. There were only 5 team members yesterday and 1 was on the register and 1 on drive thru. 3 people making food for 10 guests in the lobby and 13 cars in line.

Review: South Euclid Taco Bell - A Masterclass in Culinary Disappointment…read more Just when I thought this place couldn't get any worse, it said "hold my Fire Sauce." After a string of taco-shaped tragedies, I returned with a simple request: Can I see my order before I pay? You know, like a normal person trying to avoid another round of tortilla-wrapped regret. But apparently, transparency is against company policy. I said fine--if it's garbage again, I'll pay and ask for a refund. Their response? "We don't do refunds." Cute. So I asked for a receipt. The manager (allegedly) looked me dead in the eye and said, "We don't give receipts." What is this, a speakeasy for sadness? Fast forward to 8/14. I thought, "Maybe daytime staff will be better." Spoiler alert: they weren't. The food was served at a temperature best described as lukewarm regret, and the portions? Legendary in their stinginess. If you enjoy paying premium prices for taco shells and a whisper of lettuce, this is your Disneyland. I ordered a bowl of taco meat--$1.60 for 1.3 ounces. That's not a portion, that's a garnish. When I asked about it, the surly human behind the counter shrugged and said, "That's what you get." Inspirational. This place isn't just bad. It's performance art in mediocrity. If you're craving disappointment with a side of attitude, congratulations--you've found your spot. Zero stars. Would rather eat a napkin.
