Terrible. If you can go anywhere else, I would suggest it. We should have know it would be a problem when we walked in and someone was complaining for their money back because they were waiting 20 minutes for their food. Not busy at all but service was terrible and staff did not care. We waited longer than normal to spend $20 for poorly prepared food, wrong order, and bad taste. Our fault for picking the Bell! Long wait for fast food. Taco Bell is always a great idea until you get there.

Very little meat and fillers. Mostly tortillas- extremely thin and I've had good ones at this location in the past.

This place is understaffed and there is nothing fast about the food. The wait time for me has been 15-25 minutes and once you're in the drive-tru, you are stuck. The wait time has been the same going into the establishment because again, they are understaffed. 5 people working during peak hours is unacceptable. Let's not even consider how skimpy they are on the serving size. If I knew there would be no meat throughout the crunch wrap, I would have just ordered a crunchy taco. There were only 5 team members yesterday and 1 was on the register and 1 on drive thru. 3 people making food for 10 guests in the lobby and 13 cars in line.

Two Nacho Fries with only one already used cheese sauce?

Closes absurdly early at 7 or 8pm. Pre covid they would close when they felt like it.

As we looked around the building started to fill up. There are so many different dining options. I love that they have the country of origin on each food stall. You can learn so much about a culture by tasting their food. All the staff we spoke to were so friendly. You can stroll around the food stalls and choose exactly what you want. We were given a pager to alert us when our food was ready. After ordering food we went and ordered aqua fresca. They have a huge community kitchen and retail area. There is also a huge patio area. We were told there would be events on the patio in the summer. Centro Villa is a great concept and I hope to see more like it. It is a gem!

Now imagine one where all the food is from different countries in Latin America, this is exactly what you will find in Centro Villa 25. Here you will find Puerto Rican, Dominican, Cuban, Salvadoran, and Mexican food shops. There was Latin music playing (not too loud) and there was a common seating area with simple tables and chairs. I was with a big group and there were orders from different shops, but I ordered from my people the Puerto Ricans. I had rice and beans with steak and onions, and a sweet plantain dish with ground beef called pastelon. The food was decent and I wouldn't mind coming back if I was in town, especially if I was craving some back home food. PS - I am regretting not taking pictures, but I am getting better at that.

After waiting about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone, I decided to at least check out the restroom while I waited... and that's when everything went downhill. The floors were extremely sticky--every step literally felt like my shoes were pulling off the ground. It didn't feel clean at all. As I got closer to the restroom area, there was a strong smell of what I can only describe as wet, moldy rags. The bathroom itself was dark, oddly designed, and just gave an overall uncomfortable vibe. What made it worse is that the place wasn't even busy--there was only one table and a couple people at the bar. So the lack of service and cleanliness really stood out. By the time I walked back to the bar, I had already made up my mind. No one had still acknowledged me, and based on the condition of the place, I wasn't willing to take a chance on the food. I grabbed my things and left. Later on, I mentioned it at another restaurant and was told this place is known for poor food quality and lack of authenticity--which honestly aligned with what I experienced just from being inside. I can't speak on the food since I didn't stay, but based on cleanliness, smell, and service alone, I would not recommend this spot. It gave the impression that basic upkeep isn't a priority, and that's not something I'm willing to overlook.

I met up with some colleagues and we had a chance to walk around in downtown Cleveland. There was a Football game going on and when we were looking for a quick bite to eat, we stopped by Barrio Tacos Gateway near the stadium. This is a local restaurant. There are happy hour deals like $1 off tacos or 1$ off bowls, unavailable during game days and events though. My colleagues and I ended up just stopping by for some chips, salsa, guacamole and queso. We did get a few drinks too! I had a Sprite. Luckily, there were a few outside tables still available. The weather was beautiful, upper 60s with a slight breeze and sunny. I enjoyed eating outside and viewing all of the different areas of the city. The chips were really good! I think there was sea salt on the chips? My favorite dip was the Queso though! It was scrumptious. The guacamole and salsa was yummy too! We didn't spend too much time here, less than an hour, but the food was good and service was great. Next time, I'll have to come by and try out their tacos the next time I'm in Cleveland!
