Was a beautiful sunny fall day and decided to go to the Snoqualmie Subway for a quick late lunch. This was at 3:45 p.m. on Sunday October 5th! No hello or signs of being welcomed in. Felt like we were intruding into someone's home. The one and only employee was clearly annoyed when we walked in. Probably due to interrupting his time sitting at a table and being on his phone. The first sandwich was a a simple 6 inch tuna. Every part of the process seemed to be infuriating for him. Granted we were the only customers in the store. Asked for toasted... tray was aggressively thrown in the oven. Oil and vinegar was asked to be put on after the vegetable toppings went on, but that request was ignored. We asked for what we wanted only to have the toppings thrown on the sandwich. The second sandwich was the same experience. We felt like we were inconveniencing the employee and were just counting the seconds until we could get out of there. And I'm sure he was doing the same. I get having a bad day, but this was on another level of discomfort being so unwelcome in the store. I would be so humiliated as an owner to have such an unfriendly and impatient employee. After the sandwiches were completed we presented our coupon which was clearly valid and was for a free six inch sub alongside the purchase of any footlong sub. The coupon was denied and there was no reasonable explanation as to why it was not accepted, as we have been many times before and used the coupons with no issue (the coupon was also not expired so there was no reason it shouldn't have been accepted). All communication with the employee was a mumbled frustrated grunting and so we cut our losses and payed for both subs which were made with no care or integrity. Didn't think a visit to a subway could dampen a mood so significantly. Or course we moved on with our day, but it was a remarkable experience. Not in a good way! I would reconsider who you are hiring because we will not be revisiting if this employee is working. read more

Avoid!!! They don't care if you find a 5in chicken bone in your shredded chicken sandwich unless you get hurt. I think the owners should put the bone in their mouth while eating dinner and see how they feel. The Subway legal team will only do something if an injury is sustained. Messed up our order so bad we had to flip coins and barter to see who got what. Nothing was close to what was expected; not toasted when we ordered all toasted, peppers on the wrong sandwich, wrong bread, wrong meats, etc. this was a call-in and delivery via Uber Eats. Wooooow the worst experience I have EVER HAD. It was unbelievable with how rude he was when I told him "oh sorry I said sweet onion teriyaki, not chicken breast" he didn't listen not once so making a sandwich took 20 minutes. The most uncomfortable unpleasant experience I have ever had at a food establishment. Also I asked for pickles and when he only put three on my foot long I asked for a few more and he said that was all he was allowed to do. Warm day so we stopped for the Saturday Special, a foot long Black Forest Ham and cheese. Four triangles of cheese, four double slices of ham, lettuce, tomato, lots of onions, olives, drenched in sweet onion dressing and voila. Mine was done. My wife came up with her own concoction. Both were decent. We saved $.25 on each Sammie. Wow!!! Place was not busy buy got a bit more so once we sat down to eat and enjoy the air conditioning. I live in North Bend, but this Subway on Snoqualmie Ridge is the Subway that I love to eat at. I frequently stop in there for lunch and sometimes go through for dinner. The workers all recognize my face and are happy to see me when I return. They are always fast and friendly. A great mix of employees. They seem to all get along really well and work as a well oiled machine. The place is always clean and well stocked with chips and drinks every time I go through. I can always find/get Exactly what i want when I eat there. I would highly recommend this place for a healthy lunch made up by smiling friendly faces. read more

Wow... This place is a toilet! In front of the owners eyes a worker messed up my order and insisted that I should still take it. Then gave me attitude for asking for the sandwich to be remade. My kids don't eat black pepper and there is no way to remove all of it so forgive me for the inconvenience. This must be the norm because the owner did not intervene. read more

Worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. Was overcharged $24 and getting everything resolved was a week-long process. To make matters worse, I wasn't given the option to be refunded in cash, I had to be refunded in the form of a Subway gift card. These guys rule. So random to leave a review for a subway, but seriously, it's the best subway ever. Mostly because a guy named Justin there. I used to work at the snoqualmie ridge subway, I have never been at a compay where they are so condescending and ignorant that I couldnt work for them. I didnt get paidthe correct wage, I was told that I was not worth the pay I was supposed to be paid, I worked there because it was within walking distance and i needed a temporary job. I didnt expext to go into a place and work for only 2 months. By the end of it, the manager wouldnt return my calls and they still havent paid me my last pay check and also tried to charge me for a key that was not lost but in my possession because I technically still worked there. I did the respectable thing and put in my 2 week notice and they stripped me from my hours and crossed my name off the schedule. read more

Generally the staff is very nice and helpful. However, this evening, my daughter went in to get a foot long sandwich (toasted, turkey and bacon). She came out and noticed that the entire bottom slice of bread was completely burned. Also, there was no bacon. We went back in and explained, mentioning that the receipt did not show bacon so it was probably just missed. I asked if it could be remade. The girl (Rachel) said yes (quite snarky) and then rudely asked what we wanted on it. I handed her back the sandwich and she said "we don't want it, keep it" (we threw it away). It wasn't what she said, but her tone. I told her she didn't need to be rude and she continued to argue with me that she 'wasn't being rude.' She then handed us off to her counterpart and told her 'not to burn the bread' as if this was something that needs to be mentioned? Do they burn the bread often? Really?.. Listen. I don't expect much, it's a Subway, however, I do expect the staff to at least be nice, especially when they make a mistake. They had an opportunity to make things better and fell completely short. Absolute worst subway I've ever been to. Waited for 5 minutes and still nobody came to serve me

My family has visited this location often for several years. I have seen quite a bit of staff turnover and the customer service doesn't stand out. However, there is nothing bad about the customer service, you get what you ask for and they are fairly quick and consistent in making the orders. The facility is always clean. My kiddos often use the restroom and it is also clean. There are 5 or 6 tables, maybe half of them are four tops, the other would seat 2. There is one two-seater wrought iron table outside on the sidewalk. This location seems to have the new and rotational menu items that the national marketing advertises and they also do catering. At lunch the line can be quite long even though they staff it well, so go early or late if you can. read more
