If you're able to go to a DIFFERENT Subway, I would! There are plenty around that take better care of their customers. It's not often that I write a negative review but after today, here I am. We had an employee run to the store because I was unable to order online (it wanted me to remove the lettuce even though it said they were out, so there was none to be removed) then when the employee went to the store, they made her go thru 4 times, one for each sandwich THEN they added a $4.03 tip to the total WITHOUT us asking them to. I take back everything I said in my last review. The young man was about to put tomato's with BLACK SPOTS (pictured below) on them onto my sandwich. The emotions I felt yesterday watching him put those on would probably be the equivalent of you turning on the news and seeing that Trump is sending 5 nukes to China. I walked in this morning at around 10:20 a.m. The lady (worker) behind the counter just starred at me. I said "good morning" and she continued to glare at me.. A manager-like person came from the back carrying supplies (napkins and straws) I suppose. Thinking that maybe I walked in before they were actually open, I politely asked the manager (as the worker continued gazing at me), "Are you open? An app order that they should've been able to assist with malfunctioned and took my money off my card without sending them my order. I said okay and walked back out to my car. I come back and I tell her my order disappeared from the screen after refreshing the app and asked her has it still not come through she tells me no. She then proceeds to go get a receipt and hand it to me and tell me to call the 800 number. WHO THE FUCK WANTS TO WAIT ON E-MAILS WHEN THEYVE COME TO GET FOOD THEY PAID FOR AND EVERYONE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT ACTING AS IF THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! After about 5 try's with number she gave me I call in to ask her is there anything else they can do, she goes to tell me to just dispute the transaction as if the money would just go back to my card automatically on a Saturday ! Hell no ! So I'm quiet for a min and without saying anything she just puts me on hold. At this point I'm furious and fighting mad. I sit outside 10 more min to calm down before I call again to ask about the manager or someone above her. She tells me the manager is aware of the situation. Okay so what's the manager going to do about it because at this point give me my money or my food nothing else needs to be said! She try's to reiterate me calling my damn bank and it this point speaking with this young lady was out the window so I asked for the managers number and she tells me she can't give out that information. So I ask if I can give her my info to give to the manager to have him/she call me so I can speak to someone who can actually do something about this. She basically disregards it and tells me it ain't nothing else she can do for me and to do what she told me to do by calling my bank. I hang up on her face as she's talking rightfully so because I'm very sure if it was her money and food she would feel exactly the same way. She showed no sentiment towards the situation and she acted as if she didn't even care it was basically whatever to her. I am beyond upset and I will be placing a complaint every where I can about this situation so others can know how y'all play with people's funds and don't offer any type of solution other than to call your bank or the 800 number And another thing to the young lady who insisted my bank could stop the transaction and only provided that info as assistance for not giving me my damn food or money back. I made an order for pick up. Not one of the 3 sandwiches were correct. One had so much squished tuna all over the outside, it was just gross and soggy. This Subway has really went down. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant gets a thumbs down. This restaurant is definitely in need of new management. This restaurant opens at 7:00 am but it is never fully stocked, the manager is ok with serving customers wilted, brown lettuce and soggy tomatoes. They are always out of certain items. They do not keep the sandwich counter clean nor do they keep the veggies freshly stocked. I literally had to tell the person fixing my sandwich not to give me brown lettuce (and the manager said well it all came from the same bag) It shouldn't have been served to begin with. Whoever owns this chain definitely needs to do pop-ups. The Subway in Line Ave always has fresh food and is very clean. They also cut the sandwiches with a wet knife that they dip in some sort of liquid without wiping it off.. gross! I will definitely not be returning to this Subway. read more

One of the worst stores in Shreveport. They're always running out of food and when they do, they don't tell you until last minute. They have slow service and the store is GROSS. Last time I went, the bathrooms smelled like weed and cigarettes like someone smoked and nobody cleaned. The appearance of the staff is very unprofessional as well as their food.
