The food is good, but, the service is bad with orders mixed up or incomplete. staff needs to slow down and make sure orders are correct to ensure accuracy and efficiency from the start. Great experience at this location. I had several orders & absent mindedly left without some of my order. Drove off, realized what I had done, & turned around. When I got back the gentleman that took my order recognized me & went to grab my food. Even though he was in the middle of a break he popped up to grab my food which he had placed under a heat lamp! I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-a. This location seems very busy. Not sure why they do not open a second location in Shreveport to help stem the crowds. Food is usually good, however they are so busy that mistakes are often made on orders. Obviously that happens everywhere. Just seems to happen more often at this location. Also, it is VERY apparent that drive through customers are their priority. There is no open parking at the restaurant at all. You have to park at a neighboring business and walk across traffic/drive through lines to get to the lobby. The lobby customers will get food eventually, but it's very apparent that both delivery and drive through is #1 now. Large area now blocked off for the outside crew to take breaks. Need something? If you can get their attention, you can wait at the front for it. I really hope they can get things back in balance. Eating in your car was the way of life in 2020, but thankfully we're moving back to a more normal life. read more

Super friendly employees. That is a huge plus here. Other fast food managers really need to take a cue and try to pattern after them. There are fast food wage employees with good attitudes to be found, just be selective in the hiring process, provide a good working environment for them and treat them well. They get the food orders filled quickly too. That being said, I have had quite a few issues with an elderly man not taking my order correctly. I speak loudly and slowly but it happens a lot with him. I simply make sure to get my order taken by another person. It seems they often hire a lot of 1st job kids which is fine but when it gets super busy they run in to issues that keep requiring an overly busy supervisor to come over and over again to a still confused kid. I think they need to keep them off during the peak times until more trained. The supervisors are always quick and eager to correct any errors. The other issue I have is the frequency with the shake machine being down or being out of something. Their special sauce rocks! My kids especially love their tasty grilled chicken nuggets and I've been observed swiping them at times when they are distracted. Soft mints! Grab a free soft mint before you head out. read more

The manager checked me out today when I ordered my food . I asked for a #2 which does NOT have cheese . She asked me what cheese I wanted so I told her a #2 does not have cheese and she got very rude with me calling me a liar and saying I was wrong . I ignored it and said no cheese . This is a review of my most recent experience. Chick-fil-A has always been a top tier fast food restaurant in my opinion. Therefore I was disappointed when I returned home after ordering and receiving my food that my 8 count nuggets weren't anywhere to be found! I have gotten into a habit of not checking my order when getting Chick-fil-A because normally everything is as it should be. Now I will be checking every time, since I was really looking forward to those nuggets. Not sure what's going on with this place. A year or two ago I would have said this is the pinnacle of customer service, a gold standard other establishments should aspire to. This was my first time eating at a Chick-Fil-A, and I must say Kelly brightened up a lousy day. I was driving home famished and exhausted around 7pm, so I decided to give it a shot. I went through the drive-thru expecting the typical experience when I heard a charming voice, "Hello, I'm Kelly. How may I serve you?" Not only was she as chipper as could be, she actually told me to have a blessed night when I completed my order (the loaded spicy chicken sandwich). I drove home with a smile on my face.
