I ordered the Liver & Onions meal and Chicken Tenders . I thought about ordering the roast beef but the picture here showed it bloody red which was a turn off. One thing always on point is their mashed potatoes so creamy good. The Chicken Tenders are crispy but I didn't receive my gravy that I wanted to use as a dipping sauce. Jello is a nice treat. They were out of chopped steak, none ready for 20 minutes, so I tried the red beans and rice with smoked sausage. It was ok, just not what I wanted. Service was good, they were busy, but our waitress was very attentive. It was nice and quiet. read more

Don't waste your time with their so called app. I get text & emails about offers but the app doesn't work. I have repeatedly sent complaints to the support team and they NEVER respond. I have called dozens of times to corporate and they DO NOT answer their phone. In the beginning after this last purchase of the company, a female (Vicki) answered the phone twice and was extremely rude and hung up on me. Corporate has made zero effort to fix any problems. The waitresses make like $2.00 per hr. and rely on tips. For a buffet style restaurant you shouldn't be forced to ask for a ketchup bottle & then be expected to tip. The food is hit and miss and usually barely warm if any. The restaurant is outdated and filthy. A/C is usually broken 9 out of 10 times. When you ask for the manager with a complaint they tell you to call corporate. This place is a joke!!! I firmly believe the new owners have bought this strictly for a tax write off, or else it's used for money laundering. It is too easy to end of paying for extra sides or extra hush puppies by accident. Do you want hush puppies as I ordered fish, I say yes but I have no idea they are not included in the price. Chop steak with rice and at the other end what 2 sides do you want. I am not thinking she is wrong because rice is already on the plate. So I answer with 2 sides. Now at the register I am charged extra for hush puppies and that side. The food was truly tasteless. I did throw it all out. The carrots were delicious. read more

The food was good the portions were good also. The servers were not very friendly . I was charged for a drink that I did not have. Had I not looked at my ticket I would not have known about it , until it was too late. Cashiers should be more aware prices that they are charging, and senior citizens are on a fixed income. Really good food at a fair price. Portions of vegetables seem to be getting smaller, but it's this way everywhere you go. Proteins still come in good amounts. The two for $25 special really is worth it. The staff, even when they are working hard, are very friendly and helpful and even look at you to give you a friendly smile and welcome. Open. Cafeteria style, affordable restaurant in the mall. Very helpful staff, huge selection of dishes, including fish and local specialties. I had a fried chicken teriyaki style, with rice, okra & sweet potatoes. Louisiana has some culinary secrets, and this place added a little touch of magic. The chicken and sweet potatoes were especially tasty. Looked like several locals eat there frequently with their families. Although it's cafeteria style, there are staff that come to your table in case you need hot sauce, extra napkins, high chairs or to clear your table when you're done eating. I am the retired organist for Kings Highway Christian Church. While I was still working there the choir director and I would meet there at Piccadilly to eat supper and discuss the choir rehearsal. I loved that restaurant. The food was so good and I always enjoyed my meals there. My husband died about the same time Piccadilly closed. My heart was broken ! If I had my way that restaurant would never have closed. I've never found any restaurant to replace it. I still hope and pray for the Piccadilly to open back up again, the sooner, the better! Comfort food for days. Sometimes I crave cafeteria comfort food. Was in Shreveport and saw the Piccadilly sign. Immediately turned into the parking lot. Looking at the entrees I asked the server about the fish stuffed with crabmeat. She said it was a best seller. Got that and sides of Mac & Cheese and fried okra. All of the food was satisfying and good. The decor is a little tired and the lighting is not great but I'm only interested in the food. The people working there were friendly and helpful. Ate here today while in town for the day- thanks in part to my friend Billy Joe's great review and pics. Everything was delicious. I had a veggie plate while hubby had fried catfish, which he said was great. Place was very clean, restrooms were as well. Veronica took care of anything we needed at the table and was fantastic as was her attitude and smiling face! A great visit all the way around, definitely will be back next trip. read more

Piccadilly is a wide assortment buffet restaurant. No matter what you're in the mood for they'll have something to satisfy. This location is kept very clean and the staff were all very polite. Our waitress was very friendly when she came by as we sat down. Unfortunately, she never came back to check on us and we were both dry on our drinks until we left. The prices for the type and quality of the food is too much. Twenty years ago my family went often but now it costs more than it's worth. read more

I love the food and location and everyone who helps make a good experience at Piccadilly. I understand that the one I used to eat at closed; that is very disappointing for I never understand why cafeteria's are not as popular as they used to be. Why wouldn't they be as popular when you can pick out from multiple selections exactly what you want; beef, chicken, seafood, soup, deserts. We have just moved to Shreveport after over twenty years. We use to eat at Piccadilly at this location when we would visit here for any reason. Now we are back to living here. We were still unpacking boxes as Thanksgiving approached. We are both retired and my husband decided I did not need the additional work of cooking. We went online ordered our Thanksgiving meal paid online and the day of our appointment we went to the restaurant to pick up our meal. It was a lovely experience. The staff was ready for the busy day of distributing meals to their customers. It was fast easy and so very pleasant to work with the staff and the customers in line behind us were also pleasant as they waited their turn. We had the Junior meal for 4-6 people, it's just the two of us but that was the perfect size. we had 3 meals of turkey, dressing, rolls, and gravy. There was enough turkey left to make sandwiches later as well. We plan to go to the restaurant again and eat there as well. Yes, I would do this meal again anytime. Just like grandma use to make. My family and I drove over to Piccadilly in Shreveport--St. Vincent Mall- for Thanksgiving lunch, arriving there at 11:30 a.m. The line was long, but that was ok as we watched many people carrying out their orders. When we finally got up the line to the turkey and dressing, we were given a very small piece of turkey in a to-go box since they were "out of plates". The sides were fine, but there was hardly any turkey (had it all been gone in take-out orders?). Needless to say, we will not be going to Piccadilly for Thanksgiving lunch next year! read more

This is just good All-American comfort food, and I find great comfort in its' quiet somewhat dimly lit atmosphere as well. I have been coming to this location ever since I was a little kid and there was a K&B drugstore, an awesome AMC movie theater, and a couple of record stores in this mall. I love the food here. You can't go wrong with the chicken fried steak, hamburger steak, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, broccoli-cheese-rice casserole, just good, good food that is affordable for families. I like their pie, the chocolate icebox pie with a cup of coffee, really ties a meal off nicely. Piccadilly at Mall St. Vincent is truly like home to me, and I like it that way. read more

I worked there and they tell people their baked good are homemade when they go next door to buy cake mixes. Also, they are not clean. They use serving utensils they laid on the serving bar where they put chemicals. Under the serving dishes was mold and grease. read more
