Great place to stop for breakfast/brunch. We both had the salmon benedict with gouda bacon tomato grits. The weird thing about the benedict was it didn't have hollandaise sauce. Evidently it's the only one that doesn't have it but they brought us each a side. Salmon portion was generous and fresh. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Now those grits were some of the best I've ever had. The creaminess and the gouda put them over the top. The bacon was crisp and the cold tomato gave such textural excellence Service was excellent! Thanks Dalton! The place was clean but very cold. Bring a jacket. read more

Giving this place one star because zero stars is not an option. When we arrived, had my name put on the wait list, sat there for 30 minutes waiting to be called, watching other people get called back who came after us. When I go to ask, the rude hostess with a septum ring piercing tells me that she just doesn't know what happened and she doesn't know what she's going to do about it. I left after waiting for her to stop staring at the screen trying to figure out what to do. Do not go here if you value your time or your wallet, because the food's overpriced and not that good anyway. read more

We went here for a nice brunch before a day with our expectant daughter. We arrived at 11 and were seated relatively quickly. The waitress sat us and we ordered a drink and also ordered our food. Nice visit with my wife, but after 45 minutes I became concerned. After an hour and watching several customers that had arrived after we had been seated, we became quite upset. After asking our waitress what was going on and pointing out that other had been served, we waited another 20 minutes. Still nothing. We finally had had enough. We asked for our bill. They did comp us, but only after asking. At 12:24 our food was ready, but we had already got up to leave. The food looked great, but we left before eating. Absolutely appalling. read more

Very Spacious and Nice Brunch place. I ordered Eggs Benedict 10/10 I love the flavor very well cooked. I ordered the cold brew. I was disappointed it was very gooey and thick substance. I understand its not a coffee spot but I couldn't get myself to drink it. Let our waitress know I wouldn't be drinking it, just could not have it. read more

When I walked in I was welcomed by Devon and he was also my server for the meal. Was recommended to try the shrimp and grits (which I never actually had together before) and glad I did as they were amazing . Added some biscuits and gravy and side of bacon. Seems like a lot but I don't have to eat it all (as I'm told at home) This place is welcoming and definitely family friendly . If you live in this area or visiting , should definitely make this a stop for breakfast or brunch. read more

Food is great, workers are amazing . The vibe of the whole restaurant is amazing . I had Amber as a server and I wouldn't have anyone else. She's very respectful and has a great attitude. The food is really good and came out very flavorful. Overall great experience and I would definitely come again 10/10 read more

Walking up to the restaurant you'll see pretty outdoor seating, we would have sat outside but it was early and still brisk. Inside you're greeted by very well mannered staff who have super friendly attitudes! Our waitress was very sweet and quick! Food came out well prepared & presentation was excellent. Everything tasted AMAZING. Will definitely be back read more

So delicious, if a bit slow. I had the biscuits and gravy with the half order of biscuit beignets. Oh it was so delicious. The gravy had a good pepper flavor that was just delicious. The biscuit beignets were warm right of the oven and covered in powdered sugar. Oh my goodness I couldn't get enough. My only concern was the service. We sat at the bar and the two folks that took care of us,while they were very friendly, things were a bit slow. I think they had a bit too big of a section which caused them to be pulled in too many directions at the same time. I'll come back but wait for a table the next time. read more

My eggs were most assuredly broken. Good news is none of the egg shells were in my food. I put the eggs bacon and toast into my mouth and chewed it until it was small enough to swallow without choking. I repeated this process until I looked down and all the food was gone. Delicious. read more

One of my favorite breakfast spots in the area. They always have something new and delicious to try on the menu. We were able to get in and out in no time. No offense but it's just in the name. Service was broken; the server was so slow, on top of us waiting for 30 minutes, our food comes and it's the tiniest portions for such hefty prices. It was 5 of us, all of our eggs were cold, the food was barely warm, and our eggs Benedict had no hollandaise sauce. I had to ask for some and while my food was getting colder, about 10 minutes later I receive it. What a strange place! On top of that, bacon was hard like a rock! Server girl didn't ask once how we were until we were finished eating and needed a check. By the way, never order their chicken salad Sandwhich. We all tried it and almost gagged; broken kitchen as well? Well it's in the name. read more

Terrible food, chicken was overcooked and dry with the waffles and chicken. Huevos Ranchos were disgusting and the plate looked like someone threw up on the plate. Omelette was overcooked and the hash brown potatoes are the same as the motels have on their breakfast Buffett. Worst breakfast ever! $62 wasted as only one person ate about 1/2 of theirs. read more

We visited Another Broken Egg Café (Pierremont Rd) on a weekday. It wasn't as busy as it usually is, which we expected since it was during the week. For context, we have been here before, but it has been about three years since our last visit. We were seated quickly, and our waitress, Amber, was friendly, attentive, and did a great job throughout the meal. The restaurant was a bit cool, but nothing unreasonable. Unfortunately, the food is where things went downhill. I ordered the Benedict Burger, a twist on eggs Benedict with a beef patty, along with a side of country potatoes. The beef patty itself was decent, but the rest of the dish missed the mark. The egg and ham were overcooked, and the sauce was supposed to be hollandaise, but it did not taste right at all. The pickle served with the burger was discolored and dry, which was honestly concerning. The country potatoes were undercooked and lacked seasoning. My wife ordered the country breakfast with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and country potatoes. She said the bacon was good, but everything else fell short. The sausage had an off taste that we could not quite identify, the scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs, and the potatoes were the same as mine, undercooked and bland. Overall, the service was great, but the food quality was disappointing across the board. For a place known for breakfast, we expected much better, especially compared to our previous visit years ago. read more

Great food, classy brunch spot. And free pancakes for my birthday as a member. This has always been my brunch spot.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch h while in to visit family. We were seated immediately, and our waitress Melanie came over immediately to take our order and answer any questions. Both of ours flatware were very city with bits of food still stuck the fork and had to be exchanged. Melanie got us a new set immediately. I ordered the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes with goat cheese and eggs and bacon. The pancakes were really good with the goat cheese, and the chicken sausage tasted great also, but the egg came out very cold. My wife had the city grits and thought they were great. We early enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely will visit again. read more

The staff from 12- close on 7/20/23 was terrible except the bartender piercing glasses guy. The hostess was having a full conversation with her coworker in front of me instead of helping me find a table and I had to seat myself. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the bartender took it upon himself to serve me. The Apple fritter dish that he recommended was fantastic but the eggs, bacon and country potatoes were not served hot and were ice cold in a matter of no time. The coffee and water were great. read more

It was my first time here, and my this place was nice. They paid careful attention to detail to decorate this place and make it feel so welcoming and inviting. The people who work here were super nice and greeted you right when you opened the door. I really wanted to order so many items, but it's hard to really enjoy your food and get your grub on when you're on a road trip. I had to try the biscuit beignets. Boy, oh boy, it was definitely worth the wait. It was so powdery, fluffy, and tasty. It didn't need any dipping sauce, but I think it's an orange marmalade that they provide. That paired with it perfectly. It was a sticky, messy goodness. I would definitely want to come back here and try many more items if I'm back here. Highly recommend this place. read more

Very disappointing experience at the Bossier City location to say the least! I ordered some food for breakfast for my 8 years old daughter, and when the food arrived, it was missing all of the toppings ,and a side dish as well, and when I called the place, the manager, Johnny Walker ( real name ? ) immediately put the blame on Doordash, trying to have me believe that the online system used by Doordash canceled the toppings and the side dish without having any control over it and that unfortunately he couldn't help me and i would have to call Doordash to deal with this matter. I told him that I could come directly to the store and pick up all the missing item, as again, it was my daughter's birthday and she really was expecting her food as such, and he told me that it would be ok and that his name was Johnny Walker. When I arrived, there was no place to park so I left my car parked in a double lane and literally ran to the store in order to pick up the food, only to realize that nobody had a single clue of why I was there, I expressly told one of the girls in the front that I was here to pick up some food that was missing from my order and that I was parked really bad and that the manager was expecting me, which obviously didn't seem to phase her at all. I waited at least a good 10 minutes and nobody even tried to help me, but rather kept telling me that if i didn't need a table then I needed to step aside and go on the other side where the " pick-up " line is. While waiting and trying to keep an eye on the car to possibly prevent to get a ticket and make sure, from afar, that the kids were ok, I could see the manager walking slowly from the bar area, then back to the kitchen, stopping to talk to people, then go back to the kitchen, and not one even time did he come in my direction, he certainly never came to introduce himself, nor apologize for the messy situation, he never brought the food, nor anyone tried remotely to help me with my request, even after telling a third girl if she could check on the status on my food, showing me instead a clear indication that was annoying her, and i then realized that I was just wasting my time, standing in this place with literally nobody whatsoever willing to help my case. That's when I told the two girl at the front that I was very disappointed with this whole situation, and to told the manager , Johnny Walker, not to bother with the food and that it would be very unlikely that I would come back here, sadly, as this was one of my favorite place to eat with my family, and their answer was of course, as expected, a sour smile and a very fake " have a nice day then! " I have not received any calls whatsoever from the manager or from anybody at this point, and it is very clear to me that they just didn't care, i didn't matter at the time, i mentioned my daughter's birthday but it didn't matter, i mentioned i was parked in a very bad spot with the kids in the car, but it didn't matter, and hey, I was wearing my military ID around my neck, and that didn't matter at all anyway. Needless to say, I am done with this place, and I will make sure that everybody in my close circles know about this terrible experience, thank you so much for ruining what could have been a great breakfast for a 8 years old kid's birthday brunch! read more

We solely went for the beignets! Super good and the service was quick and easy. The employees were also very nice.

Although our server was GREAT. Whatever lead or manager girl that sat us down today around 12:30 .. didn't have the floor underneath the table cleaned for us .. when we told her about it she stated " we'll get someone to come clean it " & continued to seat us .. no one ever came to sweep!! Why would i want someone sweeping under my feet anyway? Or having to get back up ?? our server had to relocate us because of HER negligence. Other than that the service was great but management needs get it together with the busboys with preparation for guests. read more

I ended up looking up on the internet the best places to eat in Shreveport and this place popped up. I ended up waking up early to drive and before heading up to the casinos, I ended up eating here for breakfast. You can reserve your seat on Yelp since the line I am sure can get busy. I ordered the lobster omelet which came with country potatoes. One of the other server came up to me and asked if I wanted grits or potatoes and I do not recall saying I wanted potatoes to the other person that was serving me so I ordered the cheese grits. I ended up getting both the potatoes and grits both by accident and on top of that they gave me some free beignets with sauce to go with it. All for the cost of $17.00 which I was surprised. Since they went out of their way to make me happy I ended up tipping them pretty big. Anyways definitely would come back here again. read more
