Wish I could give 0 stars. Went to this location with my hungry kids and was denied the use of my BOGO coupon even though it WAS NOT expired and clearly indicated for use "in-store or online." The owner said that his store does not accept BOGO coupons in-store and that I would have to order online to get the BOGO deal. He gave no explicit reason why despite us not ordering any crazy customizations on our sandwiches. Even other customers in the store couldn't believe it. Ultimately, since my kids were hungry I paid double the price I anticipated otherwise I would have said "thanks, but no thanks, I arbitrarily don't want the sandwiches anymore." I will not be visiting that Subway location anymore and the local Jersey Mike's Subs near that Subway location will get my business moving forward. read more

Sign and online clearly says they close at midnight on Thursdays, went in to eat and sit down at 9:35 and was asked to leave once I sat down because they said they were closing. I went to Subway on Montauk hwy in Shirley yesterday 4/20/23 I had two GC's and a points card to use. One of my GC'S had a balance of 2.67 so when I went to pay for my food the employee swiped my 1st GC and said that it had a 0 balance but had 200 points on it I said ok then gave her my second GC which originally had a balance of $25 now had a balance of $10.14 she then swiped it then I gave her my points card she swiped that then there seemed to be a problem she called the manager to "help" which he did not. He swiped my 2nd GC again and told me it had a 0 balance no kidding the girl swiped it a minute ago an she even told him that so he mentioned that he voided the sale and said I still had a 0 balance so instead of paying $4 and change it would be $14 we went back and forth for a few minutes he became rude I was so aggregate I left without my food. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated. I've been going there for a long time but will not be going back I'll wait until Jersey Mike's opens up and take my business there. read more

BANNED FROM SUBWAY- long time customer prob 12 years since moving here, go weekly, went to subway in Shirly by Wing Stop, had a coupon 3 for 17.99, expired 3/28, they could not scan it at check out for some reason. I politely explained that's not my issue, the coupon is valid, and just cut it out from the coupons delivered on Thursday and here it is, enter it manually or something. They refused, so I said if you don't honor the coupon I am not paying for full price nor taking the order, the two employees got belligerent, nasty and banned me. Rather than honor the coupon the they ban a customer and throw out food freshly made (I would assume, unless they are keeping to give someone else). Would be nice if fellow people had the same experience share or local people ban the shop in my defense read more

Terrible customer service, they look at you with a face of disgust and get irritated when you tell them to put one thing but they mistake it and you have to correct them. Been to quite a few Subways over the years and this has got to be the Inept Prize Winning Champion -- Subway was running the latest new thing, the Turkey, Guac on the Basil Wrap. Went in and asked for it and the girl starts making it and leaving everything off of it -- I tell her she's making it wrong and she says "Well, what else do you want on it ?" There's a full size advertisement photo hanging on the wall behind her. This particular special has been out for at least a month and she wants to know what I want on it ? Seriously, WTF ??? That was the end of it -- don't need to have someone ruin my appetite -- on another note -- the Subway shop on Rte 25 in Middle Island makes Subway sandwiches properly and the place appears to be a lot cleaner. read more

Avi an employee at this establishment was the worst service I've ever experience. first off he told us they were close at ten when it was 10:30 and site said 11 and the chairs were down and clearly open. and then I got a cold cut combo and gave me 2 pieces of every meat and then I got a 6inch combo which is the same price as a footlong and didn't bother to say anything. if this employee Avi is working the counter the next time I come I will walk out immediately. And doesn't even talk English if u come to this country you should speak fluent English so people can understand u. I recommend never getting food here if he's behind the counter. read more

Jenn is the absolute best employee ever and I always enjoy going to get my food. She's is the sweetest and very humorous person. Me and my boyfriend go there all the time and she always jokes around with us, always knows how to perfect our sandwiches and always puts a smile on our faces. I hate this subway ever since they ruined my sandwich, promised me a free sandwich next time, and then when next time came, would only give me 10% off, and then the little s***head cashier didn't even give me 10% off.
