We ultimately decided to just pull up to the window and tell them our orders and let them know that no one serviced us at all in the second lane. The employee claimed that she was saying "hello" the whole time as if we were ignoring her, but there was literally no sound come from the ordering board speaker at all! After we place our order at the pick up window, we were told to go park on the side of the building where we waited almost 30 mins! We went inside to check on our order status and learned that no one had fixed our order at all??? Once we did finally get our food, yes it was freshly made and hot, but I had no appetite for it at all anymore. Service was HORRIBLE! My overall rate of experience : 0/10
