Called store...employee apologized profusely but couldn't do anything and would leave a note for manager to call me next day. No phone call. Stopped in and the manager advised because it was the next business day, she could not help me but had to send in paperwork to corporate! Didn't care I had pictures cshowing just the bun. For a $6.49 burger. I was advised it would take a few weeks to,process! Several weeks have gone by with no word from them so I am posting this review To let everyone know that service is just as important as good food.

Other food is good- much better than any fast food outside of Culver-country, but do not miss the custard! (For anyone outside the Midwest, it's yummy, creamy soft-serve ice cream with a flavor of the day- different every day, and concretes which are custard cups with mix-ins (think Heath Bar chunks). Lucky for me my hubby shares with me bc no way could or should I have my own!) I've been in Sheboygan for less than a week, have eaten there twice (with one more time perhaps on the way to the airport).

I always get a mushroom Swiss kids meal, hi-c and vanilla kids scoop with whatever fruit I'm in the mood for, this most recent time being blueberries. If you like blueberry cobbler this is heavenly! The energy of the crew here was fantastic. I even got a compliment which was sweet. I don't come to this location often because I'm not a local but when I am in town and do, I've only had positive experiences, including dine in. And from memory this location specifically always has the best pint options and pint fix-in ratios. Not overwhelming, not underwhelming like my local location where it feels like more toppings than actual ice cream in the pints. My favorite is chocolate covered strawberries!

I am a big QDOBA fan, food is good and you can get it exactly how you want. The problem with this…read moreparticular location is that it is dirty. We arrived shortly after they opened and every table was dirty. If you look at the ceiling directly above the grills and where they prepare your food, there is so much dust and grease stuck to the lights and the air vents it's disgusting, how much of that falls into the food on the grills? The floors were also greasy and there was something slimy and gross on the dispensers on the soda machine. I could eat here, too worried about getting sick. The health inspector needs to pay this location a visit.

Food was being prepared like an efficient assembly line. She was anticipating what they might run out of by asking her staff for item counts, and proactively instructing her staff to "put in more baked potatoes." She greeted everyone, making eye contact and telling them she'd be right with them. The Wendy's app helps quite a bit, and it does save you money. Our chili and baked potatoes were good! I do feel sorry for these fast food places--with the advent of "Door Dash" (which I detest) these restaurants are expected to respond to a flash flood of orders at one time, and still service in-store patrons. It places an asinine burden on the staff. These places are not set up to be "food factories." Kudos to the manger (tuft of blue hair; didn't catch her name) of this location. She kept things running smoothly, and was exceptionally professional and courteous at the same time!

I really wish I liked their sandwiches…read more.. The service is friendly and quick, even during peak hours. The dining area is welcoming but nothing special. I have gotten sandwiches a few times from this spot, but each time I find the same thing: I don't like their bread. The ciabatta is crackly and hurts my mouth. The focaccia is just so much bread for a sandwich. Often I find my sandwich is just dry and not as flavorful as I'd expect for a spot that seems to be innovative and thoughtful about their rotating sandwiches. Every time, I read the description of the sandwich and think it'll be great, but every time I'm disappointed. It's dry and bland. I'd rather spend my money on food I enjoy, which is a bummer because I'd rather support local businesses, but I'd say save your money for Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes.... But who knows, maybe I'm just not ordering the right thing.
