Hello hello managers supervisors wanted to say I came in this afternoon. Had me two sandwiches made in the salad and I grab some chips and some cookies. Everything came out nice fresh tasty delicious and tasty. Fresh area was very clean. Store was clean. Great customer service greeted when we came inside. Smile greeted conversation. It was nice and fast. Everybody that walked in this place walked out with a smile, I loved it because I've never been here before and I'm not really big on subways but to come here it was very nice. Literally the best Subway I've been to. The ladies were busy behind the counter but still acknowledged me when I walked in. They didn't rush me and were polite and engaging. My sandwich was made with care and exactly how I asked. The inside was clean and fully stocked. This is my new go to sandwich shop when Im around. read more

Inside feels like a subway but a decent and clean one. Staff were super friendly and engaging. The food itself felt fresh. Nothing seemed old or discolored. Wow! I was craving a Subway sandwich, and came on to yelp to see who had the best reviews. I can see why this location got the highest rating! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and both staff members were super friendly. The woman who prepared my sandwich ensured that my extra toppings request were met, and she went above and beyond by wrapping my foot-long into two 6 inch sandwiches. I didn't even ask her to do that! It was so thoughtful! I will definitely drive the extra 5 miles to get to this Subway®! read more

This is the one at 8393 Folsom Blvd. Very friendly customer service. Bravo. *But there's some sort of ongoing issue with the radio station they have on. Every time I come it's the same thing, where it's always out of tune and it's very loud annoying static. I brought this to their attention last time and they said they cannot fix it. So you have no choice but to listen to loud out-of-tune static while in there. Why don't they change the station? Or if the radio is completely substandard, why not turn it off? Convenient location off main busy road and near other shops (right next door to a coffee shop). Store is not large, but does have indoor seating and a restroom. Very clear inside with current signage. Got a Tuna Wrap for my daughter mid-day. Staff was on point and helpful. Three people in and they clearly work well together in the shared space. The staff competently built a sandwich. The place looked clean. It's a sandwich shop so making things correctly in a timely manner is what I'm expecting. I don't tip so I don't expect above and beyond service. So when I do see effort into a position that isn't the absolute minimum for what I would expect as an employer, I take notice because I just want food correctly,quick and won't make me sick. I'm sorry but every Subway I've been to I usually expect the same mediocre service, sandwich and overall experience. It's always a gamble and it's usually not the best experience. This SUBWAY location, however, was an unexpected overall great visit. If anyone needs a lesson on customer service, I suggest you visit this SUBWAY. Store was clean, staff was extremely friendly and my sandwich was not only neatly made and packed but delicious as well. This is a really great Subway shop. I called in a very large order of foot-long sandwiches and they had it ready for me in three hours. I was specific how I wanted the sandwiches cut and had other numerous requests such as toppings and things. Everything was done perfectly and above expectations. While the food and the service at this location are usually spot on, and I would even go so far as to say multiple levels above what you will find at any other subway in the city; however, if you happen to go to this subway location on a day when the elderly manager who goes by the name of joy is working, you may experience horrible customer service, and outright disrespect. She seems to want to defend moldy avocados until someone lets her force them to put it on their sandwich. If you ask for a new avocado beforehand, she will respond with a snide remark and put the moldy ones on your sandwich regardless. Then she will still battle you when you tell her to put a new avocado on there or you won't pay with facetious remarks like I don't see black dots simply because she forgot her glasses. I never expected to see this level of horrible customer service from this location. I need to be clear every other employee who works at this location has always been spot on with their customer service. It is evident that the employee working with this manager should hold the managerial position. read more

So I'm conflicted in learning review. This is the best subway in my opinion in South Sacramento area. Or at least it was. The foods always good and the staff also. But today for lunch I remembered I got a buy one get one half off sandwich deal on my subway app. Well long story short that app wasn't working for me or I wasn't doing something right so I walked in and asked of I could use the coupon. I was told no it was online only and that this store didn't participate with the app! Well I'm confused if the app is useless at the store close to me whats it good for then. I'm disappointed because this store makes the best sandwiches and usually the staff is great. But I feel like I'm being played with just to get me to buy something just because I'm at the store. I was enjoying my sandwich until I noticed the meat sticking out of the end of my sandwich looked pale and almost grey. I opened it up and it was clear the meat was bad. Half of the meat was pink and half of it was grey and they clearly saw the meat when they put it on my sandwich and still decided to serve it to somebody instead of just throwing it out. I'm seriously disturbed and won't be returning again. By the way, this was a mobile to-go order and if I saw this in person I would have said something and I don't think they would have even served it if I ordered in person so that makes it even worse. read more

I'm a previous Subway worker from a very high-volume, fast-paced store, and am always over critical of this chain. It really is a pretty easy place to work, and there should never be an excuse for bad quality. Every time I have come in the employees have engaged me in conversation and been very pleasant! Great attitude, always with a smile on their face. I've come in on several occasions while they are cleaning behind the counter, which is no often enough seen and always appreciated. The only reason I don't give them that extra star is that more than once the "recipe" for my sandwich was incorrect. Not that they were short-changing me, they just obviously didn't know the correct proportions or ratios. But otherwise one of the best I've seen around town! read more

Like any Subway, the food is good and cheap. I like how it is really close to work so if I am starving like I was I can go here. The only thing I don't like is the parking lot. There is a bunch of parking in the back but I don't feel safe parking my car there. The only safe spots are in the front and even there I don't feel safe backing up out of the spot. read more

Subway has the best tomato basil soup I've ever had in my life. Most tomato soups are thin and runny. This one is thick and chunky with bits of tomato in it , with lots of herbs and spices very good. Highly recommend! read more

This is a very small location with only a few tables but every time I have been in the sandwich maker's (I refuse to call them artists) are cheerful and friendly, they don't make any mistakes and i get a good sandwich at a good price.
