BUY LOCAL. Small portion, unsatisfactory. The price was good after i used the very easy to use mobile app however, the servers gave me footlongs that barely had any meat. Subway please. I love subway and my heart is broken after this flagrant. Will not return until my review is answered, catch me at a local shop until then. read more

Subway - Steak & Cheese - Sandwiches Near Me - Ruskin, Florida

I beg you to not visit this location. If I could give a zero, I would. The food is old and stale and they will serve it to without hesitation. You can call, they will not pick up the phone and don't try and leave a message. Visit the three locations down College, but don't waste your money or gas for this stomachache. read more

Was here as a dasher earlier. Place wasn't full but it was getting bombarded by online orders. The ladies were doing everything they could. Nice organized n focused. Helped me with my clients order as much as they could. We couldn't reach them so i was obligated to go through HQ n just cancel the order. It is a little frustrating when people order online n refuse to pick up their phones or text u back when there's hiccups or thing that neither me nor the store can control. They get 5 for service n open communication with me n my HQ. I'll probably stop next time im around n give em a complete review. Blessings to all! May luck be in your Dash! Lol read more

Ok I've been critical of this store in my past two reviews. It was well deserved. Yet the store has brought in a new manager and she is a peach. I've not seen the veggies so fresh as they are now. The sandwiches taste 100% better. I am now willing to start going back on the daily. Great job to the new manager. I put a 4 star just cause I want to see it last. Yet big changes have taken place. She should be proud. read more

Subway - Where is the freaking lettuce. UGH! - Sandwiches Near Me - Ruskin, Florida

This is the worst Subway. Tried to order a tuna protein bowl a few weeks ago and after the delivery driver got there, they say we're out of tuna. At least I wasn't charged. Last night I tried again. This time they gave some lame excuse about mot having the bowls. They sent the driver with only the 6" veggie sub and charged me for the entire order!!! Tried calling but they never answered their phone and of course the messages are full. They owe me a complete credit!!! read more

Today deal was 2 foot longs for 11.99 so I went with steak & cheese & the rotisserie chicken/Swiss. Overall my wait was zero! So definitely a easy opportunity to get my sandwiches quickly fresh & hot. This small spot is the only subway for miles in this area so if it has to be subway then this is your location. There is a dining room and restrooms with plenty of parking for convenience. As I mentioned it was quiet this afternoon when I can in aside from a older couple eating I was the only person here. read more

I normally do not give out reviews but this is a must! I came to this subway location around 1:30pm and it was busy. I contemplated not staying but the man behind the counter was moving with speed. After a few minutes of waiting Adrian greeted me to make my sandwhich. His personality and work ethic even in a busy lunch rush did not miss a beat. He was very friendly and was not panicky. While making my food he was still able to keep conversation and apologized for the wait. The food was excellent and the location was very clean. THANK YOU ADRIAN keep up the hard work! read more

Was not at all happy with the food for one. Not my first visit to this place. Both times I used the app and requested curbside. Not once but yes twice and got the same exact response from the female working the counter same one I believe ea. Time I went I'm thinking management. Any how arrived parked close to the door called and called like 5 or 10 min line busy. This is ea time I have been there. Was like three costumers putting in orders. I asked if they has a curbside order? Yes I have it rude as could be. I stated that I had called an called to answer. Responded well be very very busy. I was not at all happy being lied to. I suggested then loose the App then. NEVER AGAIN NO WAY TO GO AND ORDER FROM THIS RUDE AND DISTASTEFUL ACTING STORE. read more

Ordered on app. App said order was ready, so I went to pick up. When I got there, not only was order not ready, but they were out of almost every ingredient imaginable. List of unavailable ingredients was at least 15 items long. When I was asked if I would like a substitute, the substitutes weren't available either. Understand it's not crew's fault, but complete dumpster fire of an experience with the app and ordering sandwiches. Another customer who ordered on app was trying to get money back and crew couldn't help at all. read more

FOOD REVIEW: I ordered a sandwich to split with my sister, we got the chicken bacon & ranch. I actually forgot to ask for ranch so my sandwich was dry but that's my fault. I added banana peppers for an extra zing. It came to $11 and change since it counted as one sandwich. SERVICE REVIEW: Patient and attentive. Elisabeth was great :) She waited for us to figure out our order and did a great job putting it together. PERSONAL REVIEW: This was my first time at this subway, typically only people who have issues with their orders make reviews so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I'm glad I did and can now consider this location when I'm out to eat. read more

Tried it twice both times bread was stale the subways in other near locations bread was fine never going back to subway on 41

If I could give this place a 0 star or less review I would. They can never seem to get a dang sub right with how you order it from reading from a receipt. They can never have it ready on time. I could go on and on. Don't know why I keep coming back. read more

This location WILL steal from you if you order delivery. Order from the other location in Ruskin, way better and I'm not missing half of the protein on my sandwich that I paid for. Weirdly have come to discover that my sandwich was in fact opened and looks as though the meat was removed before arriving at my address. I have already contacted the franchise about this. Stay safe, do not order from this location. This has happened one too many times now upon getting delivery from this location and I've had enough. I will be contacting authorities if this is not dealt with, as this can lead to cross contamination and essentially be poisoning customers due to this. Allergies are real and the fact that someone could have an allergic reaction due to someone touching another sandwich to remove the contents is terrifying and horrifying. Shame on you, Subway and the DoorDash driver they employ. Please go to the other location as they actually tape and close the sandwich wrapper and bags! This location does not! Not only a cross contamination scare and an allergy scare, but we are in the midst of Covid still and I am considering suing due to having my life in danger due to someone putting their hands in my food when they shouldn't. I am immune compromised, thought not as intense as others. I get extremely sick incredibly easy. read more

I ordered from Uber Eats. They made both subs with just the customizations (veggies) and no meat or cheese. Worst service ever. It wasn't a spicy Italian or a Pizza sub. It was a lettuce sub with Mayo and mustard on one. They even mixed up which things went on the sandwiches. read more

Shittiest service ever. Been staining on line for 20+ minutes and there are only TWO guys in front of me. Two people working and only one person making sandwiches #wtf read more

Went to the Subway in Ruskin today. When you think of a sub sandwich you expect the bread to be fresh. Well the bread was awful. Felt like it had been sitting around all day. The manager needs to train the staff better if they want their business to grow and prosper. Get involved!!! read more

This was my first time coming into this subway location and everyone was nice but I got a meatball sub and the meatballs were barley warm I had to heat it up when I got home because the cheese wasn't even healthy. It also leaves me wondering if they are changing the food out when they are supposed to. I will never go to this location again no happy with the freshness and quality of food read more

Worst sub I've ever had!! The employee were in training I understand that, so wouldn't that mean they should be supervised ? My sub roll was cut so poorly the sub fell apart, I asked for pickles I got maybe 3. They jammed my subs in the bag without rapping them correctly , so by time I got home they weren't in the rapper's anymore. I was so craving subway I will not go back to that location. Note to manager maybe you should be training and Supervising.. read more

The employee at this location loves her job and if she doesn't then she needs an Oscar for a great performance! Quick service and a delicious sandwich. Very welcoming atmosphere. read more

I placed an order online for chicken salad. So the salad was already made when I arrived and the vegetables made the lettuce and spinach wet. I called them up and they replaced my salad just as I requested with no problems. Even gave me free cookies for my troubles. read more
