Was here as a dasher earlier. Place wasn't full but it was getting bombarded by online orders. The ladies were doing everything they could. Nice organized n focused. Helped me with my clients order as much as they could. We couldn't reach them so i was obligated to go through HQ n just cancel the order. It is a little frustrating when people order online n refuse to pick up their phones or text u back when there's hiccups or thing that neither me nor the store can control. Ok I've been critical of this store in my past two reviews. It was well deserved. Yet the store has brought in a new manager and she is a peach. I've not seen the veggies so fresh as they are now. The sandwiches taste 100% better. I am now willing to start going back on the daily. Great job to the new manager. I put a 4 star just cause I want to see it last. Yet big changes have taken place. This is the worst Subway. Tried to order a tuna protein bowl a few weeks ago and after the delivery driver got there, they say we're out of tuna. At least I wasn't charged. Last night I tried again. This time they gave some lame excuse about mot having the bowls. They sent the driver with only the 6" veggie sub and charged me for the entire order!!! Tried calling but they never answered their phone and of course the messages are full. They owe me a complete credit!!! read more

Today deal was 2 foot longs for 11.99 so I went with steak & cheese & the rotisserie chicken/Swiss. Overall my wait was zero! So definitely a easy opportunity to get my sandwiches quickly fresh & hot. This small spot is the only subway for miles in this area so if it has to be subway then this is your location. There is a dining room and restrooms with plenty of parking for convenience. Ordered on app. App said order was ready, so I went to pick up. When I got there, not only was order not ready, but they were out of almost every ingredient imaginable. List of unavailable ingredients was at least 15 items long. When I was asked if I would like a substitute, the substitutes weren't available either. Understand it's not crew's fault, but complete dumpster fire of an experience with the app and ordering sandwiches. FOOD REVIEW: I ordered a sandwich to split with my sister, we got the chicken bacon & ranch. I actually forgot to ask for ranch so my sandwich was dry but that's my fault. I added banana peppers for an extra zing. It came to $11 and change since it counted as one sandwich. SERVICE REVIEW: Patient and attentive. Elisabeth was great :) She waited for us to figure out our order and did a great job putting it together. PERSONAL REVIEW: This was my first time at this subway, typically only people who have issues with their orders make reviews so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This location WILL steal from you if you order delivery. Order from the other location in Ruskin, way better and I'm not missing half of the protein on my sandwich that I paid for. Weirdly have come to discover that my sandwich was in fact opened and looks as though the meat was removed before arriving at my address. I have already contacted the franchise about this. Stay safe, do not order from this location. This has happened one too many times now upon getting delivery from this location and I've had enough. I will be contacting authorities if this is not dealt with, as this can lead to cross contamination and essentially be poisoning customers due to this. Allergies are real and the fact that someone could have an allergic reaction due to someone touching another sandwich to remove the contents is terrifying and horrifying. Shame on you, Subway and the DoorDash driver they employ. Please go to the other location as they actually tape and close the sandwich wrapper and bags! This location does not! I normally do not give out reviews but this is a must! I came to this subway location around 1:30pm and it was busy. I contemplated not staying but the man behind the counter was moving with speed. After a few minutes of waiting Adrian greeted me to make my sandwhich. His personality and work ethic even in a busy lunch rush did not miss a beat. He was very friendly and was not panicky. I ordered from Uber Eats. They made both subs with just the customizations (veggies) and no meat or cheese. Worst service ever. It wasn't a spicy Italian or a Pizza sub. It was a lettuce sub with Mayo and mustard on one. They even mixed up which things went on the sandwiches. read more

This was my first time coming into this subway location and everyone was nice but I got a meatball sub and the meatballs were barley warm I had to heat it up when I got home because the cheese wasn't even healthy. Worst sub I've ever had!! The employee were in training I understand that, so wouldn't that mean they should be supervised ? My sub roll was cut so poorly the sub fell apart, I asked for pickles I got maybe 3.
