Great Service, but the Parking Situation Is Anything but In-N-Out!…read more This In-N-Out has a great location right off the freeway, making it easy to spot when driving by. Unfortunately, getting in and out of the parking lot is a completely different story! The parking lot is extremely small, and there's a gas station and several other businesses sharing the same general area. When the In-N-Out lot fills up, finding a place to park becomes frustrating. There are even signs posted throughout the neighboring businesses stating that parking is not allowed for In-N-Out customers, leaving very few options. I ended up parking in one of those areas because the In-N-Out lot was full. After eating lunch, I walked back to my car only to find myself stuck in my parking stall because the drive-thru line had backed up and blocked me in. I couldn't get out! So much for In-N-Out -- it turned into Sit-and-Wait! Now, on a positive note, the experience inside the restaurant was great. My food came out quickly, the service was good, and I had a wonderful interaction with Ray, an older gentleman who was walking around cleaning tables, checking on customers, and making sure everyone was taken care of. He was incredibly sweet, friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in how my day was going. People like Ray make a difference and deserve recognition for the kindness they show customers. Overall, the food and customer service were great, but the parking situation definitely needs improvement. Between the limited spaces, restrictions at neighboring businesses, and drive-thru traffic blocking parked cars, getting in and out can be a real headache. My suggestion: If you're stopping here, be prepared for a parking challenge. The restaurant itself was fine, but the parking experience was anything but convenient. The communication and coordination between the cashier (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and the manager were extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but keeping customers informed and taking responsibility for those mistakes are basic expectations of good customer service.
