There is always a problem when you order from this location using the app. They give options that the store does not adhere to. There's an option for bottle drinks or fountain drinks but you really can not get bottled drinks. So my husband gets there is given 4 fountain drinks and no drink holder. For a Subway in a gas station convenience store, this is pretty darned good! I haven't had a subway in a while but the kids I was traveling with wanted it. I was a little hesitant as it didn't look all that fancy. But the place was clean, the ladies behind the counter were helpful and friendly and they did a great job of handling what became a busy evening. Surprises do happen. read more

I have had several issues with the staff being rude at the this location before, but today they refused to fill my order that I had placed through the app and paid for and then were unable to provide me the contact information so that I could obtain a refund. The employee refused to fill my order, even after showing her the receipt, and then told several potential customers she was the only one in the store and they were close. It was 6PM and the store says they don't close until 8. She told me I could find a phone number on the app to ask for a refund, I couldn't find it and so I asked her to show me and she was unable to do so and unable to provide contact information for customer service, a manager or the store owner. She also declined to take my information so that one of them could contact me. I've lost a friend and my grandfather in the last 2 days, and all I wanted was either the food I ordered, my $40 refunded so I could use it get food elsewhere, or information on how to obtain a refund so I could go home and grieve the loss of those I loved. She failed to provide basic customer service, and I ended up having to use funds I really didn't have due to being the only working in my home due to Covid and to obtain food to feed my family elsewhere and just told me it wasn't her problem. read more

Well I loved this place till recently, one of the best customer service workers i have came accross in a very long time doesnt work there anymore, now its just workers that act like they dont really care about u or ur food,they just throw ur sandwich together dont talk to u or cant even get a smile! The Lady that ALWAYS was caring an nice to me an made me an my family feel welcome needs to return back because she made a diffrence.. She was very polite an just down right the nicest lady working there... Rachel I give u 5 stars but my recent stop was awful the little black lady was just rude an they all was talking about customers or each other an the indian lil girl needs to be fired for playing around an being just as rude as she could be!! I go to subways all over South Carolina for work. My favorite lunch spot. This one is in my home town and it is the worst !! They are always out of things. Workers are always complaining and talking about other employees when I'm just trying to get a sandwich. It is very uncomfortable. I know everything isn't perfect but these people don't even want customers to come in. Tonight they were talking about putting a closed sign on the door. It was 8 o'clock!! I know life is hard sometimes but there needs to be more efficiency and respect for customers. read more
