When I visited last evening, 7/2, I ordered a regular, single, bacon cheeseburger, cheese curds and a diet coke. I had to place the order three times before the order taker got it correct on the order screen. I actually received a bacon-cheeseburger DELUXE, cheese curds and a diet coke. No I didn't ask for a new, corrected order either time because I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait any longer than I already had. No other Culver's has ever filled an order incorrectly in the eight years I've lived in Wisconsin. Only the Rhinelander location! Is it improper training? Individual incompetence? Now that I know their system, I'm anxious to return to try the rest of their menu. While my initial rating is "average," that could easily go up.
