Sunday Aug10, A month ago we ate at this restaurant. It was good so tried it again when we were in Rhinelander.The glass door looked like someone put grease on it and rubbed it around. The floor was so slippery that it was like a comedy, you had to take baby steps. We ordered the Crispy taco meals. We received soggy something or other. My husband used the male restroom. taco bell is my favorite place in the world, however, their employee tonight said "if you scream at the speaker when you pull in we won't serve you" when no one was screaming. we hadn't even spoken yet and got treated with the upmost disrespect as well as accused of something we hadn't done. i will never be returning to taco bell as will no one else in the vehicle with me. i hope that employee is happy as they have lost numerous of the best customers at this particular establishment. read more

Waited in drive-thru for over 15 minutes. When we were about to order, they played an automated message stating they were closed.

The WORST fast food service. It took close to 45 mins (between the time I got in line to when I received my food). There was clearly a shortage of help behind the line, but yet I could see 3 people drinking soda, standing around talking. And to make things worse, my entire order WAS WRONG. Not cool Taco Bell. Even though lobby is open they refuse to take orders at counter. You are forced to use the touch screen to order which is disgusting and not cleaned. If you have to pay cash you need to get someone to come up from the back anyway. I waited 5 minutes at the counter just for someone to tell me I HAD TO order at the disgusting kiosk. This came after there were 5 of us waiting. Not impressed. And at least one of the workers in back didn't have his mask over his nose. read more

We were here on vacation and so we decided to stop here one night to get a fast taco and a nachos supreme. We decided to go through the drive through since we thought it wold be faster. Boy were we wrong it took over 15 minutes just to get us waited on. There were just two cars ahead of me. If I knew it was going to take over 15 minutes to get through we would have never ordered. I should have just have pulled out and left. This place should be called "slow food" instead of "fast food" The nachos ended up a bit mushy because they apparently were sitting there so long with I waited in line that the melted cheese sauce on them caused the tacos to become mushy. Every time I go to this Taco Bell in Rhinelander Wisconsin I always get my order wrong and I explained it to the manager and she basically said that she has worked every night & has not seen us before. While I was talking with her all the employees stood there listening to our conversation and appeared to laugh about it afterwards. Once our conversation was over the employees disappeared, my friend needed a bag for her food & when she went to the counter she needed to yell excuse me & hello to get someone to come in from outside to help her. Tonight when I told the cashier that he had entered my order wrong he tried to correct the mistake, but someone else in back tried to argue that the chicken quesadilla in my hand was a steak quesadilla. I've been to this Taco Bell several times in the last year or so. Every time something goes wrong. First time we went there, drove 25 miles home, and discovered our Mexican Pizza was missing.., 2nd time I went there, I ordered a couple of items, after I ordered, I then discovered the same items were on a combo meal for $1.15 cheaper. Since the order was already "rung up", I was told by the cashier they can't change my order. I told them if that was the case, I am not going to pay. I drove off.. The 3rd time I ordered was a couple of days ago. The Diet Pepsi in the fountain tasted like regular Pepsi. I am a diabetic, I can't have regular soda. I told the cashier the Diet Pepsi doesn't taste right, and asked if we can get a Pepsi from the drive thru fountain. The cashier told me "no", and argued with me in front of other customers that the Diet Pepsi is perfectly fine. We threw it out, and went across the street to Kwik Trip and got a Diet Pepsi.. . I am not a chronic complainer, but this Taco Bell gives me a bad taste in my mouth. I actually think it was the same employee on two of the three occasions. The food is what you would expect from a Taco Bell, but the service could use an improvement. read more
