The biggest issue I have with this location is service. Why is it every Friday night cars are wrapped around the building and having to stop in the public street because the drive-through is so slow? Three cars were in front of me at the drive-through and it took 10 minutes to get my food. It's literally chicken fingers and fries, how hard can that be? I have never been in the food service industry so maybe I am being overcritical, but it looks like with such a limited menu they could figure it out so that long waiting times would be an exception instead of the normal.

Menu: The menu has many options, but it's a but confusing, especially for first-timers. Suggestion would be to pair it down and simplify the options. The counter worker got a little frustrated at me it seemed. But that's OK. Value: Value for the money is great. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Cleanliness: Fine and nothing to note negatively. I would recommend having a real tea dispenser instead of a hand poured pitcher at the drink station. Bathroom was clean. Parking: Fine Friendliness: Fine - nothing of note. Ordering process was a little chaotic. I will give it another try

We placed a simple order and did have to park and wait for our order. Then when the server walked out she didn't even know if she was handing the right order to right customer so i had to read the receipt to confirm. We pulled over to the gas station and realized they did not fill the whole order that we paid for. So i had to walk back over there and get the other drug we paid for and I had my receipt to show them. When I walked in it was clear that the major of the people in there were asking for things that had been left out of their orders too. And it was surprising to see that they have a bunch of employees so you'd think they'd be doing great service yet the majority of the crew were chilling and not doing their tasks. It is definitely better to just go to the gas station next door and grab some snacks instead. Customer service could've been a little better regarding communication and understanding. They were still serving breakfast at the time, but I decided to go with their burger combo deal that they had. Bigger Meal Deal : 3 chicken fingers, double cheese burger, fries and drink (8.5/10). I overall enjoyed the food, I feel like it was more than enough for me and at a good price point too. My main complaint was that the chicken fingers didn't have much seasoning to them and weren't actually crispy either. Def see myself stopping by here again when I'm in Alabama again, they had some other items on the menu that I was interested in trying, but didn't get the chance to before I left.
