Went here on a Monday a little after 10:30 AM, only a few cars were in line and we didn't have too long of a wait time on our food through the drive thru. Customer service could've been a little better regarding communication and understanding. They were still serving breakfast at the time, but I decided to go with their burger combo deal that they had. Bigger Meal Deal : 3 chicken fingers, double cheese burger, fries and drink (8.5/10). I overall enjoyed the food, I feel like it was more than enough for me and at a good price point too. My main complaint was that the chicken fingers didn't have much seasoning to them and weren't actually crispy either. Def see myself stopping by here again when I'm in Alabama again, they had some other items on the menu that I was interested in trying, but didn't get the chance to before I left. Normally I don't get fried chicken but long story short we were super impressed with how tender and tasty it was!! Plus we were glad to find a fast food place that has green beans & the bisquits were really yummy too!! We are impressed that all the ladies working there showed genuine desire to help us in any way so we were so glad we stopped by on our way thru town. So I think it was a real trifecta, yummy fasting food, decent price and great customer service!! Stopped in the other day while traveling home. I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese and hash browns with a sweet tea. My mom and stepdad also got chicken biscuits and we all agreed they were pretty good. The food was ready pretty fast, so we didn't wait long at all. It wasn't too busy on the Saturday morning that we stopped in, so it had a nice ambiance. read more

Horrible!!! No one moving with any sense of urgency! Employees too busy arguing and cussing at each other to pay attention to the customers!!! Just a huge shame! I waited over 10 minutes for a cup of coffee but watched as several people got tired of waiting and left with no food at all. The restaurant itself was dirty and just looked in need of a lot!! We came thru at 11:43, came inside and ordered to go. Ordered Big Jack with cheese combo, four piece chicken tender and fries combo. Asked for napkins and ketchup, they assured us it was in the bag. Get on the road, well no napkins and no ketchup. Fries were excellent but ketchup is a must. Cheeseburger was good but not to die for. Chicken tenders were good but greasy. Customer service could use an overhaul on service. Can say cleanliness of store and restrooms were excellent. read more

We found Jack's while traveling and we're so pleased with the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, we stopped again on the way back home a week later. Both times we ate inside the restaurant, taking a break from travels. First time my husband had the two piece chicken plate lunch and I had a chicken tender dinner. The second time we both had burgers. We found the the food hot and tasty. Would go there again when passing through. read more

DONT EAT HERE! Decided to go on a trip to Jackson Mississippi from Columbus, Ga, and got a little hungry. I saw a nice red sign that said Jack's hoping to relax and have a good meal on an already long trip. From the beginning I will call her worker A was rude tone wise. I ordered my meal and at the end asked if I could get the 2 for $2.22 Cinnamon Rolls. She frowns at me with disgust and rudely shows me that it isn't 2 o clock yet. I laughed it off as another Fast Food Sassy worker and ordered One singular instead. I sat down to eat my meal and upon completion figured I would order a coffee for the road. Myself and another customer waited patiently as she laughed out loud with her companions back turned away from the counter. Eventually she finished her conversation some time later and served us. Before I could order she frowned at me again. I took a deep breath and asked If I could order a large coffee. With disgust again she looked around as if I just communicated the dumbest request she'd ever heard. I just stared saying nothing, and eventually after her routine was done she said "What you gon wait for it to brew!?" Not understanding where she was going with this because non of the coffee beverages are even displayed for me to gauge emptiness. I said nevermind and apologized.
